I remember being in Mammoth, CA years ago submerged in a hot springs adjacent to a cold mountain stream and seeing about 10 prairie dogs popping out of their ground holes to check us out, and now with Poppy’s videos my joy returns and the memory of Poppy’s kind!❤ Thank you for the joy!

I have a health problem that makes cold weather dangerous for me (and my last several years in Schenectady winters, there were sometimes two-week periods when I couldn’t leave the house.) The setup there made it really hard to feed birds, in particular, but I’ve created a sort of bird paradise in my new backyard and am thrilled to see all the action!

Good morning Poppy! 😍 I saw she was chewing the door. Have you looked into fresh wood for her or wood thats been trimmed from orange or apple trees? I used to go get wild apple branches for my pet birds. Of course, they would have to be cleaned. No pesticides on them. That's why I chose an old apple tree on my brother's property. I'm sure she needs to chew for her teefs to stay in the right size. Maybe see about ordering some wood online? I know how important it is to keep beaks and teefs in good shape. Love those lil Poppy ornaments! 🤩🥰
