We had a man here in Fort Worth that killed 3 people in a dui crash. He was very upset at what he had done. When they took him to his arraignment a few days that he told the judge not to waste money on the cost of a trial and what he had done was awful. He said he didn't deserve to walk free anymore, he was guilty and he just wanted the judge to sentence him to prison. You don't see people man up the way he did.
The judge gave him a 30 year sentence.
The court I used to go to in my heathen days wouldn't let ppl plead guilty to felonies without counsel. I never been charged with a felony just seen others try to do it
Wow ! Goosebumps! What a dignified man!! I love him ! In a crime comedy rosenheimcops i saw such a scene , he say: ok, useless, to resist , now i tell the truth! I was astonish and say: so i will be, if i do a crime and cops catch me! I was impresst !😊😊
@@user-dy7mo8vk7h That's a word you don't hear much anymore. Heathen days.
@SMcCaskill, thank you for sharing that very touching story and the man who owned up to what he did is something you don't hear very much, especially from those who have DUI.
Sorry but no matter how "dignified" he seemed it's not going to bring those people back, he wasn't dignified when he got drunk af chose to get behind the wheele instead of calling uber/taxi or sleep it off in the backseat, two very easy solutions but instead he destroyed a family, I don't even think he should have seen a judge, straight to the electric chair if you ask me
Am I the only one who finds it extremely amusing how hypersensitive and immature these tough guys become when they’re getting booked into jail ?? All bullies are closet cowards 😅
You're 💯
Truth!!
Bullies are closet cowards and they are cowards b/c they don't man up to what they have done until its too late.. and you have cowards in Northern VA here and they are selfish and mean and judgemental here. I hate this state so much.
Yo creo que el tiempo que Stan detenidos duermen un rato y se les pasa la borrachera o el colocon de maria por eso están más lucidos😊
Won't follow instructions then cry out and yell when they get taken down and cuffed.
The man who killed the dude with the DUI was actually given 12 years I believe. For any teenager reading this comment. DO NOT get behind a wheel while drinking. If you hurt or kill someone, in most cases like this when there’s a jury they will ALL sentence you to prison. DUIs with injury or death or one of the most hated crimes you can commit.
He learned a very heartbreaking lesson. I'm glad he was remorseful for it.

The judge gave him a 30 year sentence in the Texas DOC.
At least he was not in denial about it
He seemed remorseful that he “ruined his whole life” were his first words.
@@johntaeowens1248 He wasnt taking responsiblity, he blamed his anti-depressents.
Not long enough..
2:08 “What did you get arrested for?”
“UH, ZERO!”

PLEASE MAKE A NEW SERIES!!!!!!
Bad choices are a simplistic excuse for deciding to perpetrate a criminal offense
Cops can make you cry out in pain if they want to...So Cooperate if you don't want the chair or to be put down on the ground with a knee in your back or Neck !! 😢
Lives are always lost when someone drinks and drives
Nope, not always. I know people who drink and drive all the time and not one accident. I hate drunks.
DITTO! For yrs a person drove drunk from pub Decades actually Didn't stop till Late in Life when Finally pulled over for DUI walks to pub nowadays after taking car home First.. Lesson learned and way Friggin Lucky! 🤔😬😤
Until the courts change their stance on driving under the influence. Drinking or drugging and driving won't stop and people will die and die and die nonstop. Sad fact and their victims are the losers?
Those brothers must have been a treat growing up
You know those brothers didn’t have anyone raising them lol that’s their problem
The guitar was good. The singing was awful.
Both stunk!
Love the guitar playing scene
Steven Tyler without the fame and money lol

Jail is a great series and my favourite has to be the Los Angeles episodes.
I've never seen those!
1 Saki & 1 beer = a soup bowl of Saki & 5 beers
If you ever get locked up please for the love of God and yourself do not do this 😂..best thing you can do at this point is comply
To many people lose their loved ones to drunk drivers. I feel no compassion for a drunk driver whose life has changed because he murdered someone.
59:00 ... 'my life is ruined'. This is the first thing he said and the most serious problem for him, not that he killed a man in the street because he was drunk. The first words indicate the first thoughts. When you don't care about anyone but yourself (and there can be many reasons for this), from the beginning to the end of a 'behaviour' it is understood that you don't care about anyone else. But when something so serious happens, they just think about the possibilities, their misfortune and their lives, their psychology does not change, nor does their indifference. Only their lives change and maybe with this change they 'learn' to care about others who live on the same planet, but I don't think so for the majority.
He made so many excuses. How do you were at the club drinking, and say you were anti depressants at the same time. Didn't make sense. He made a poor choice.
Drunk guy playing a guitar😂
Looks exactly like a broke Steven Tyler would look like
I did not appreciate "Stevens" concert 😂
Man i wish they'd get some new videos. They should have plenty of material 😂.
The series ended, so it's all reruns.
Seriously. Recycled recycled recycled. As you said, should be PLENTY of material to be had out there jeesh...
Right? I’ve been thinking the same thing!
I know I say the same thing
I've never seen any of these videos. However the series was ended by Fox tv and there are no new episodes left.
CO Sittre is so professional. She handles her business on a very professional way but she’s very interactive with the inmates as well. I hope she has made some rank as a result..
Methinks some of the officers were intrigued with Paralegal Pam's upper body measurements which seem quite impressive! 😂 she's a hoot!
She seems really nice. Polite and co-operative.
Yes she has a nice rack 😅😅😅
proves the point the loudest is always the weakest. they all come in yellin lookin for a fight then get their ass whooped and cry like babies
Do...not...talk...to...guards. Whatever you say goes right to the prosecutor's office. Especially don't do it while you're being filmed.
it always amazes me how much these guys spill on themselves to these guards. sometimes people really should remember to exercise their right to remain silent
If you are Clean, fear nothing!!😊do lawful and come never in this Situation!!😊i will never ever have this Problem!!!!
Whatever you do ask For a lawyer don’t talk to the guards or detectives
Don’t do stuff to end up in jail in the first place :)
I feel for the guy that they had to inform of the death. He looks like he realized how his life was gonna change and had remorse for death. The couple that were young with a baby I really feel for. I was exactly there and I didn’t learn then. The effects of the things I did as an addict are still far reaching, even 40 years later with 30 years clean.
I love learning about the prison sistem
This shows the jail system, not prison. There's quite a big difference.
system
This shows the jail system. Jail is almost ALWAYS much worse than prison. I’ve seen people who got transferred to prison and thought it was a luxury vacation. There are many documentaries that teach about the prison system here in the US and abroad tho, you just have to look it up.
@@hzmicide1738I don’t believe that.Jail is short term,and prison can be for a long time,and hellish.Gangs,threats,bad food,and misery.

Almost sounds like something someone who doesn't work at a Las Vegas jail would say..
I like how the officers in Las Vegas acts as a team and support each other
Ask for a lawyer don’t talk to the guards or detectives
Better advice would be DON'T COMMIT CRIMES!!
Never take meds and alcohol, it's on the information that the pharmacy gives.
Yes I know. One of my sisters is a pharmacist and has been doing this profession for 25+ years. 😊
I do and it makes me feel good, don’t drive thu..
@@curtanderson4145 It will catch up to you one day.
"Let's start over." 😂😂😂😂
Nicole Sittre is excellent. You can sense her compassion for others.
When you watch more episodes you will notice her sarcasm and gaslighting :) I enjoy watching her btw
I had to be there the day we informed my only blood brother that he killed his passenger driving drunk on the same day I told him I was pregnant with his first niece or nephew(this was in ICU where he remained for a month). She’s now 13 and still hasn’t met him outside of jail/prison visitation. And I can’t even begin to imagine for the family that lost their child. Please don’t drink and drive people. With Uber and Lyft there’s no excuse for it whatsoever(not that there ever was).
I was charred for a DUI less then a year ago and while my case was dismissed boy LESSON LEARNED!
Luckily for u. Lesson learned..
@@curtanderson4145 Yup!
Nicole is a Goddess!!!!
“Nothing like going to church high!”
This show should be shown to high school students; I believe it would help individuals to think before committing a crime…😮
Do we need the back to back cut screens or any at all on these?
It’s bc they just used the original run footage from when these were on tru tv and uploaded it to RUclips. But yes I agree. It’s annoying and originally turned me off to watching these until I basically became numb to it
No wonder Robert's relative doesn't want his drunk azz over!🙄
He looked a bit like Steven Tyler.
I can't imagine finding out you killed someone. If I ever killed someone I would never drive again. It would destroy me to know that I took another person's life...like because of me they're dead. I don't know how you live with that.
it always cracks me up when they say "It's not my fault" and "I didn't do anything wrong"......so if that's the case then why are they there to start with 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Corrupt cops.
Actually if think about it it’s not a laughing matter, It’s very sad they all human not animals bad chooses in life
Who knows what they went through in life.We don’t know that
my heart goes out to the drunk driving victim that was killed....but i have to say my heart also goes out to the young man who found out he killed someone.....you could see the shock and crushing misery starting to flow in his mind......i hope things get better for that man
When it comes to inmates around other inmates/prisoners it’s imperative that they are kept calm. It only takes one unruly inmate to get the other ones started acting up.
4:45 he’s definitely talented man!
The guy with DUI with Death was more worried about his life being over... He literally just ended someone's life for real. Forever..
Don't mix antidepressants and alcohol people please. Dude at 54:36.
By watching these shows, PAIN tames the beast I guess. These Cops will inflict pain and tell you to relax while they bend your arm to the ceiling. 😂😂😂
Going high to church? You have to do something to make it through it, lol.
🔥
to solve the dui problem why not the government impose the total band of alcoholic drinks
It's spelled ban. They tried that once with prohibition, all that did was make it very profitable for bootleggers and gangster to bring in huge amounts of money by smuggling it into the country.
How old are you???
OP, you're from the Philippines? How do they deal with it there?
Ya right that didn’t work.. look at history..
Never will happen, it’s the people that can’t handle them selves is the problem..
Imagine how different it would be of a job is it was switched so weed was legal and alcohol wasnt like weed was take as often as alcohol and vis versa. In my opinion alcohol is so much worse than weed, the amount of mood swings ppl go through when drunk is scary u never know how someone is gonna react. Weed dont do that
Is that the grinch at 8:40
18:46 is so dumb admitting to sales😂
Who are they to judge how you go to church as long as u go
That lady looked amazing for 49 years old. I would have never guessed she anywhere near that old. Wow.
Kristen if your pregnant smoking cigarettes causes damage to the baby.
She was doing more than smoking cigarettes.
Las Vegas Flooring has beautiful hair!
I remember I had to attend Jury Duty and I had to deal with someone who was in a bad car accident and he was being sued for all he had and he passed out and the judge told us we were dismissed and I felt bad for this guy b/c he was under so much stress. Then I had to go back to Jury Duty and it was someone who lied on the stand I couldn't judge this person and I was let go. I know people make mistakes and maybe Jail and Prison would give these people a wake up call. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't sad situation for alot of people. Don't do drugs and stay out of people's business and stay away from trouble. You have to look out for #1
Why did you feel bad for him?Obviously he must have caused mayhem, from that crash. There should be consequnces. What about the victims.Him passing out, would just delay proceedings.
She was on her way to church dressed like that?
The bald guy that was in for DUI, that didn’t want to give blood, I don’t know if it was the light, camera angle or what but it looked like he was missing his ear. As a fourth DUI he better learn to like bending over, especially with his attitude.
Hello 👋
I feel sooo bad for the girl with 3 babies… I know it’s old video…but felt so bad!
Juss ge me eye!
Antidepressants and alcohol do not mix!
I’ve done research about the medical benefits of THC, and have talked with people who have used it for medical purposes. Apparently it relaxes muscles, and that helps decrease the pain.
Why does the cameraman zoom in on the detainees feet?

ZACH SEAN
Officer Isabel.....so pretty.
Asks him to play a song after they destroy his hands and wrists lol
:8:46 In most case I feel the police don’t know the criminal record of a person prior to arrest. This man apparently thinks otherwise.
Delicate 🌺 😂
weed should have never been made illeagle, glad its leagle where i live
If you weren’t smoking so much you would be able to spell ‘legal’.
spelling was never a strong point that and a sticky a button. never had a hangover with weed, that and there is no absolutly no mental or physical addiction like oh say liquer, and its been leagle for years

You know I like to show and I have mad respect for these officers I'm too late did what they did on the show there was no reason they needed to tell that guy on TV did he just killed someone in an accident I know the guy should have been drinking and driving put the officers was wrong for doing that very wrong

The guy that killed spmeone, seems only worried about himself. "My life is over". What about the person that you just killed? No remorse at all for the victim.
Kill me...naw too much paperwork
Oh 😂😂
That kid who killed someone in the drunk driving was so sad. He is the only one i feel sorry for. Hopefully he learns from this. 😢 and o just want to say they shoudlnt judge that woman because she has multiple baby daddy's. That doesnt make you a bad person.
I see Officer Sittre I'm breaking a law. Lol
What?
I would be happy to bail Nicole out of jail anytime. Nicole just remember no DUIs just smiley faces. smiley faces
"MY life is over" no, your *VICTIM'S LIFE* is over!
Remember that everyday upon waking & before sleep; it's the very least you can do.
Should be a life for a life.
People think I'm psycho for being vocal about this. Life for a life. It's fair.
Why do these people talk to the cood get a lawyer whether you're innocent or guilty don't talk to the cops why can't people understand that everything you say Will and can be used against you not for you against you they'll twist words around because they like to lie too I'm not saying anybody who's really guilty but even they have the rights
Are their comments used as evidence?
I thank God for being drug and alcohol free my entire life.

51:51 I had four kids by the time I was 23, but I never broke any laws. I was married to both the fathers of my kids, and made due with what I had because money was tight. For me having a baby at a young age made me straighten up.
Why so meny on weed .
De behandeling van een gitarist vind ik niet juist!!! Als hij j speelt, en de bewakers genieten van zijn muziek. Heeft hij goede zorg nodig...
The officers in the jail are pretty funny a person who is drunk, does not know what they’re saying, especially if they’re highly intoxicated I’m just putting it out there in case the officer who was dealing with the inmate didn’t realize that he’s drunk. I’ve been there myself when I’m intoxicated, and I don’t know what I’m saying either when I’m drunk, normally a person who’s drunk and intoxicated would go to a cell and sleep, that’s just my opinion😂
And asking how many kids and how old she was when she had her first kid and asking how many baby daddy just do your job and mind your business
Go to jail
Grow up, Nicole. None of your business and learn to respect people as individuals. Not everyone is the same and thank goodness for that.
I’ve always liked Nicole. What did I miss that prompted your comment?
She acts like the prosecutor, the jury and the judge! She’s coming off like she thinks she’s better than others. I worked in corrections for nearly 30 years, her job is not to put the inmates down or make fun of them, which she has done in every episode I’ve ever seen her in. Very obnoxious at times, very
I couldn’t agree with you more @Limerick502! When I inmate said “ I don’t deserve this” to Nicole after she acted like the judge AND jury ( definitely not in her job description) , the inmate was absolutely right! Idk why but Nicole definitely gets off humiliating and making fun of the people who get brought in.
I used to like Nicole, then I saw a number of other shows, and could see the way see talks down to the inmates. She talks, and treats each one as if they are guilty and deserved to go to jail. That is not always the case and it is not up to the jail staff to make the determination. There are a number of other officers on this show that serve with a lot more respect for the people arrested than her.
@Mantuamaker while her wit can be entertaining, what turned me off was when she admitted she "pretends to relate" to the detainees.
They're fellow humans, no pretending necessary. Plus, she's an instigator.
