- Count Nikolai is the model, business student and nephew to our own Danish Crown Princess Mary, bringing some royal star power to Melbourne’s Spring Racing Carnival.
He may no longer bear the official title “Prince” thanks to the streamlining of Danish royal arrangements, but Count Nikolai of Monpezat is Prince Charming. Years of etiquette training, preparation and a caring family have created what could be the closest thing we have to a royal only Disney could replicate.

Well good to see he isn't playing the victim and moaning about his family because he was given the new title Count. Such a pleasant young man.
Such a handsome hunk. Even if he was not born in royal family he would have been casted. His full attitude gives off a royal vibes.

It’s kind of neat that his aunt (now the Queen) is from Aussie living in Denmark and he is from Denmark living in Aussie. He, his brother Felix and father seem really humble and very nice people.

Why?
Nope. HM Margrethe wanted to slim down the monarchy and not to be a burden to the crown. Her heir (now the King) Frederik has his own heir and spare so she took the titles away from Jochim's children. Unfortunately she didn't inform them first and it caused a lot of trouble within the family.

@@kismit100 Because they are not on royal payroll, they need to earn their living. Queen Margrethe had said that they would need to live normal lives, meaning they'd have to get jobs - all paying jobs are commercial ventures.

Should have ask him what subjects he is studying? What he wants to do five years from now…besides modeling….What is his hobby? A wife,children…or is he gay?
I cannot give you all the answers, but he is studiying business administration and service management at CBS, but has taken a semester in Australia, which is why he is in Australia right now. As for a wife? Well, I cannot speak for Nikolaj, but he has had the same girlfriend for a really long time now, so it could be they would chose to get married in the not so far future
