Loved the video! It was great seeing some places where I grew up. I remember sled riding down the side of the monument and you had to bail before the pond got you. hahah
Oh, Thank You, Thank You for showing the "Milk & Honey". My mothered lived about two blocks away, in the early 80's. Yet, been going since the 70's. It's still has amazing quality, food and service. The ICE Cream is awesome, breads and cakes. During the Holiday season really needs to be shared with family. Again, thanks a ton I so miss "Milk & Honey".
Great video. I live near the McKinley Monument and I walk there on a daily basis. There are two very nice parks close by with walking tracks and a creek. If you ever see an aerial view of the entire monument, it's shaped like a sword. The oval drive in front used to be filled with water many years ago.
Your video was just OK. the video had to much close up pictures. it was hard to tell at times where you was. The detail in the video of the monument showed mostly cement and nothing of the structure itself. A shot of the entire monument would have been great to see. Who wants to look at a cemetery? A video showing the openness in front of the structure would have been terrific.
@whyme6534 I've only visited once for a week but have lived in Ohio for over 30 years. It seemed like it was a nice place to me. The people were friendly. It is conveniently located to other places in Ohio. I plan to take my dad to visit car museum even if it is small. There were other places I wanted to come back and see. Seemed like it had the basics.
Always injoyed playing in the parks as a young boy in the sixties. Thanks for the great video. I do believe that the parks closes at dusk if I'm not mistaken.
