What is the status of this monster? Really would be nice to see it on the water.

Bill Jasper, or anyone from Stardust Cruisers, how do I contact you? Have tried calling a few times but no answer and no voicemail? I'm interested to discuss a design and build of a unique wheelchair-friendly Class-C Live-Aboard for the Great Loop for InclusiveAdventures.org project.

107 foot is STUPID. 100 feet and over requires a Captains Lis.. * feet less and ANYONE could operate it ANYWHERE. Not only that, it puts you in a totally new insurance rate. Not too mention in a 99 foot boat everyone can drink and say an 10 yo kid is driving. If you drink as a Capt. of a ship, (anything over 100' is a ship) you could be charged and jailed because no one can take over for you but another licenced Capt.. Just an opinion, don't hate.

Typically they charge more for ships than boats and thats the reason. Anyhow anyone that can afford a 99 ft. boat can afford and should have or be a capt. Ten year old piloting a ship near this size or a drunk deserves to be busted. Dont hate just my opinion.

Your opinion is just that. The law is the law. People like you seem to want restrictions on everything. How sad. Who is to be arrested drunk, every person on board, even though there is a legal sober person operating the boat?

      Not true.

By the way, you're simply wrong about requiring a license. Check your facts. I'm 100 Ton Master Near Coastal. But anyone who passed a water safety class could pilot this boat as long as they don't have paying customers onboard.
