My son, Pip, who is a chef, also taught me not to overcook fish to keep it moist and succulent rather than allow it to become tough and dry, so it only needs a few minutes. Such a cool thing to do - a family Cook-off! Get the feeling you all enjoyed it - even Michael!

They should sell tickets to join La Famille Whitehall at their cooking class. I'M IN ! Just need 6 months to save up the $500. It will cost for an evening of Cooking, drinking and laughing. OMG...I roared when Jack did the "Name Drop" sign when Michael said " my friend, Nigel Havers". We do that all the time in my family, except it's travel related: ie: my Sister will say "We had a fabulous seafood meal on the Isle of Wight", and the rest of us will do the high drop sign that Jack did. Hilarious.

I don’t watch the show that made Jamie famous but when I have seen him on other things he always seems sweet , friendly and just all round nice. Also very willing to laugh at himself which is always attractive.
