    Very happy to hear this as i love coffee. Very important to drink organic coffee if you can as its one of the most highly sprayed of all crops 💚

    Really interesting Liz, thanks for sharing. I love my coffee but cheat a little as I use the pods and I know their not great for the environment but there very convenient so do you know if there’s any goodness in these as I might have to change to fresh coffee beans and buy a grinder if it’s better for me? X

    That’s great Liz. I’m a true coffee lover and now have a bean to cup coffee machine, I’m drinking less because the coffee is much richer and the added bonus of less waste was a biggy for me, and the used grounds can be used in the garden, win win 😊

    1-2 cups a day. Now adding creatinine that’s to your recommendation ❤and MCT oil. Sometimes a splash of cream if I’m feeling indulgent.

    Hi Liz. I drink far more coffee than I used to. Not instant of course. Thank you so much for introducing me to Exhale organic coffee. I get a real sense of wellbeing from drinking coffee now.

    I make myself a cafetière of strong columbian coffee every morning. I have a full pot... .so about 3 cups. But I am convinced that it is coffee that causes cellulite. If I have ever had periods of no coffee, I lose the cellulite. But I love my coffee!!

    Coffee really doesn’t suit me-for some reason I retain a lot of fluid the next day and get the jitters! Very odd. Is there anything else with the same benefits? Thank you. X

    I wish I could drink coffee, but it makes me very ill. It's like a poison to my body. I had to give up drinking it over 30 years ago. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee and occasionally I'll have a piece of coffee and walnut cake, which doesn't seem to have the same effect.

    besides the excellent message STOP EDITING, the constant jumping of the image is very off putting. You did not use to edit your clips , now someone is cutting the film all the time PLEASE stop doing that.
