I will say this... I've had a growatt 24v system for years now and it hasn't skipped a beat. But.... they need to do a better job with the wiring box and terminals.
No thank you! Those green push in connectors are garbage! Plus, the circuit board looks like a high school science project!
Have to agree on the connections 100%. But for the boards, I would rather have sister boards like this for a few reasons. Basic boards like this get you that extra 8% energy, They also give you the 20-40 less power consumption But most of all this make it so you can repair the inverter at home
Millions of inverters use the same exact connectors with no issues
@@jl9678 -- there are lots of people having issues with those and in time they will be phased out. Victron has already started to eliminate them.
Bought a house with 3 x 5kw growatt system that was about 2 years old. 1 inverter kept faulting and something popped after I switched everything off and back on again, and that was about two weeks after moving in. Another one popped about a year later, fortunately just before I replaced the popped one. I replaced them all with a 16kw Sunsynk. Will never use growatt again. Also, the support here in South Africa is very poor.

Suppose My Solar panel is 10KW in total, (example-1 )if i install this inverter and load into my home 7KW rest 3KW will moved to grid?
Another (example-2) if my load will be 2KW in home rest 8KW moved to grid right??
Please ans me , Is this type of system??

Does the RSD remote emergency button also shut down the inverter AC output if power is sourced from the batteries?
I don't know about that switch, but for others reading this the relevant code rules are NFPA 70 480.7 "DC Disconnect Methods" and 690.12 "Rapid Shutdown of PV Systems on Buildings"
Poor performance in 10 kw hybrid model, we open brand new and not working properly.when asked service center they says it needs software updation.

So, there are no built-in in breakers like the EG4 inverters....
So much easier to install and less clutter.
Is that 10k shared between 120 phases 5k/5k, or is the full 10k available on each like in the EG4 18K? Up to the max 10 total of course, I'm not asking if it can do 20k.

Whats the idle consumption?
The spec sheet says "Self-consumption < 60 watts".

Looking at installing this inverter in a 50amp RV and using the Onan 5500 watt 120v, currently wired backup for extended grid down. Solar will be later. Looking for a full kit on Sinature Solar's website.

Is it three phase or single phase? Firstly, do these things and secondly, will it work without battery and will it provide current to the house from direct solar?

Where’s the breakers? These 10k copies are all over the place for 2k with breakers and some with 4 mppts and better surge
Who makes this with built in breakers? I know sungold and nhx have a 10kw with 4x mppt, but, I haven't seen one of these with built in breakers and higher surge?
