- So I've blown over 40B in a week. Seems like getting the 2 affixes I need are impossible to get. My Salvage tab is well over 60B now. Down to my last 4B, need to grind for another 2 weeks of tormented bosses to rebuild that.
I think I'm done.
How do you find the desire to keep playing the game like this? I haven't been able to move into a different build because I can't even max this one because of tempering limits. I hate this shit. Blizzard is fucking retarded for this.
So I'm supposed to keep doing tormented bosses for 2 weeks to gather another 40B for what? Who can find the motivation to do that with this bullshit happening nonstop to your gear?
Help me out, what keeps you guys going? Tell me what you tell yourself to keep playing Season 4?

Tempering is not RNG it's fuckin weighted and that's fuckin bullshit.
It's all weighted brother. I can post vids where I'm rolling intelligence like 80% of the time out of 50+ attempts. It's absurd.

There are people selling gold for real money, but it is illegal, I am really not sure tbh
He RMTs, which is whatever... but when you don't have any skin in the game and you just buy gold and then buy items, you never learn.
@@mdtaranto I'm not saying this dude does not RMT but there are 3rd party websites and discord channels where you can trade and sell items in diablo for gold and make billions pretty easily, not everyone does RMT lol.
For me, my sorc build clears tormented bosses in less than 2 minutes. and pit 130's in less than 5 mins. It takes about 2 weeks to gather and sell enough elite gear to amass 50B+. AS you can see from my recent quitting video, I had 3 stashes full of 1 to 3 ga items from farming... So I'm not lying. All that gear sells for 50M to 1B+ per item on diablo.trade. Some of them go fast when they are ELITE 2+ GA items they go for 5B+ etc. So you can see why I would quit. I blew 40B in 3 days because of tempering. I'm done with this shit. Until tempering gets unfucked, back to starcraft for me lol.
@@HawkTuahD4 they should allow farming instead of luck rolls. They have so many dungeons where they could create unique playthroughs and give the players incentive to playthroughout these dungeons... For example, instead of learning scrolls we could actually use them after farming a specific type of dungeon. +100% damage or 100% fire damage. Whatever it would make your build good...
But instead they chose to strip the game into luck... You quitted because there is no way of regaining items back.

This season I played necro X2, Barb X2, and rogue. I ran tests on different slots on different classes after I kept getting the same stat over and over and is weighted on certain slots 100%. They should just let you pick the temper and increase the range variations slightly but keep the temper limit. That way no more bricking and the item hunt would continue if you didnt get a perfect temper. While I like the idea of masterwork and temper, some of blizzards ideas in how to implement mechanics are straight up dumb. I can't believe this was the best idea in a room of people who play and program games for a living. It is absurd. I stopped about 3 weeks ago. Way too much rng and weigted bs

If something rolls multiple times in a row I do one temper from another thing then go back to what I want and usually it fixes the problem, still bricked a ton of shit but not a 10 b item 😂

Take a moment and go on diablo trade today. You think this is expensive? with less than 30 days left on the season, they go for 20B+ now lol... GA Attack speed and GA CDR on amulet is god tier.

I feel your pain. Honestly, what I did was, stopped buying GA items... If the game wills them to me, then sure. But GA items on diablo.trade are just ridiculous... IM seeing items go for 50B to 200B now if they have 2 to 4 very rare GA's. It's absurd. The market is broken. But if you buy items with 1 GA or less. You can comfortably stay within 2B per item which is manageable.

@@brandonmaklippeli7513 Hahaha! I feel you man. I really like the tempering idea, it's the limits that are absurd. Maybe if they did a base line 6 attempts. + an extra 6 for every GA the item has... So lets say your item, has 2 GA, like an AMulet with GA attack speed and GA cooldown (elite AF), that should have 18 re-rolls. problem solved I think. Everyone is happy.
Love how you have a series of this shit, i sold a 2GA 1H sword to a guy for 100M (i sell shit verry cheap bc i alrdy got a perfected andy rogue so i dont need the fucking money) and it bricked on him and i sold another 2GA 1H sword and he had bad luck and it bricked on him for a 2nd time shit is wild cant make that up 💀

Then you'll never, ever have one unless you find it. and if the affixes are not extremely valuable for your build then that is also a factor. I don't make the market, I go on diablo.trade and sell the average sell price for an item. This item with these specific 2 GA's is extremely valuable and rare.I did 50+ tormented duriel runs and pit 120's per day and have never found it or anything close.

It's not even worth going for items above 1b gold. Even if you roll what you want you might get a low roll which neglects what you'd gain from the GA's smh
Yea honestly I solved the problem by no longer buying elite gear. 1 or no GA life for me now lol. All purchases under 1B so i don't really care anymore. I've salvaged like 5 purchased items today for my firewall build but idc because I spent like 500m to 1b each no big deal. Thats the only way to tolerate this nonsense.

That make sense for regular items. But that can't be the case for once-in-a-season or ultra-rare items. The suggestion I keep making to blizz is an additional 6 rolls per GA on the item. So a triple GA item would have 24 total rolls. Imagine finding a triple GA amulet, with CDR, Attack speed and like glass cannon and brick it lmao. That's a once-in-a-lifetime drop. I've gotten the same affix 4 times in a row many times out of a possible 3 affixes. That's dirty.
Well it was only 10B because you paid 10B. Not that crazy of an Amulet.
They should just make one affix per manual, this is stupid to choose from 3-5 randomly. Just why? Is this Blacksmith blind or dumb? He does not know what the end product he produces?
Make it one affix so you are sure what you get, but with 0 free rerolls, then attach some resource to next rerolls which you need to grind or trade for. So if you need a max roll you need to work for it or get lucky. Simple as that.
This game is designed by a team who never played ARPG

Go on Diablo.trade. You won;t find these anymore for less than 10B. You can grind all season and never find this.
I bought one of these 2 weeks ago for 4b on Diablo Trade and bricked it. I have seen then sell for 5-6b sense you got lied to.
@@HawkTuahD4 Theres many other trade sites. Like d2jsp, you can even farm their forum money in diablo2 with runes. And like cameron said, these items go away for 1-2b (on EU server)

@@Extremalityx Now that I can 100% agree with you. I stopped buying 2+ GA items with traders, the prices have gotten absurd. 1 GA is fine. Prices are within 2B to 3B for high-value 1 GA with a perfect roll on the 2nd affix. That I can tolerate. But i can no longer deal with buying 10B items and salvaging them lol. It hurts.

it is easy to find nothing special hard to fix problems since season 1. they cant find it and if they read in forum i wounder why no reactions nothing is following but every campfiretrashtalk they saying that they know about and want fix it. u have to belive and go forwards it is luck all is luck. my tip is make other class too not mega strong only to example pit 60 rdy and play funbuilds at farming boring materials. ak47 druide is not bad :) to get what u need is not what u get ;)
Uh, you can transmute the orange materials to yellow and blue materials at the alchemist.
It's more effective to transmute gold and yellow materials in to blu
