- A chill lap down Castlegar's flagship trail for your rainy sunday consumption. A good part of me wish the moon dust season was still upon us. Pardon the road trip clapped bike haha, the headset just needed a bit of fresh grease! Enjoy.

Super fun trail. Rode it last year and had a black bear blockade half way up the climbing trial. A definite must ride for those thinking of riding in the Kootenay's

I mount it to my chinbar with a repurposed flat stick-on mount.

Depends on how fast you climb! I tend to do about 500m up and down per hour.
It should be noted that this trail has an absolutely amazing machine-built up-track with all sorts of bridges and features. The ride up is half the fun of this up/down loop!
