Is your course similar to Billy Davidson? Just curious because his is pretty pricey but I know it literally explains everything..yours is obviously a cheaper option which is probably what I’m looking for but wanted to make sure it covers everything I’ll need to know including pricing in Canada and things like that. Appreciate any feedback you can provide me!

How do you not have a cover over the paint big red flag and my suggestion use a hopper you can get 3 5gallon paint buckets in there compared to one

What would be a good beginner machine ? I’m only wanting to stripe small to medium parking lots I thought about the Titan 850 but I see a lot of guys not liking it
Get a 3500 or a 3400. 850 isn’t designed for traffic paint
3400 Graco is the best machine for small to medium sized parking lots I have two of them

I have a question .. what is the average price per line ? per handicap ? and per stopper .? ... So for an example let's say it's a 10 car parking average line feet 20 lines 10 stoppers with 2 handicap parking ?

I think you would be more successful and have an easier time. If you were more diversified, say striping is one part of it and then maybe hot patching or hot tar crack, fill or seal, coating or power washing… You can make good money striping, but it takes a lot of jobs to support having employees and your personal bills in Michigan. You have to get to the parking lot around 6 AM in the morning because by eight or 9 AM the car start coming in even on the weekends so you need to use oil paint and get it done fast.

@@TheStripingGuy I just recently started watching your videos. Thanks for keeping it real. Lines, lines, and more lines. They’re everywhere! And somebody needs to keep them striped and looking awesome. People ask me all the time if I can make a living striping lines. I, in turn, ask them where they go in society, living their regular lives, that there aren’t any lines or markings. They are everywhere, just about, thousands and thousands of linear feet. And us, the stripers of the world are right there, keeping those lines fresh and clean. Keep doing your thing, Brother. Keep walking the lines! And if your journeys ever bring you towards the Hickory, NC area, give me a shout. I’ll treat you to a coffee and some grub.

Idk man failure may not be on the individual we havent worked in 2 months now and its due to the economy year before last i did 1.6 million and last year 479,000 and i havent had work since the beginning of December ive got all the market and still no work that has locked in and is ready to go ive been in business since nov 11th 2011 why am i about to shutter my doors and get into paint striping and pressure washing full time with a second business i decided to start back in 2021?. Atlanta Powerwash Solutions is that business and im going to pump 5,000 a month into that website so i can maintain my life style. It's not that im quitting, but nobody wants a out door kitchen and / or retaining wall right now. Our normal ticket items are 25k plus, and nobody wants to spend that kind of money with this economy going to hell
I believe with paint striping and mandates I will survive this down turn and with the right amount of money pumped into it I will get the hospitals and nursing homes assisted living and 0ricing everything below market value will win all the business and we will continue to do volume and keep our guys working thats my strategy and I will continue to pushed around 500k a year even though we've not really done strip8ng before ive bought 6 Graco 3400's from north ga air and ive bought 4 more 8gpm hot units for the other 2 landscape trailers im converting to wash trailers plus 4 ar60 pumps for the soft wash side. The current trailer has been sitting because I haven't had the time to promote trying to push our landscape business. Now that I see the future is bleak, I will grow a mandated resession proof business

They quit because they have to get a contractor license to perform this service and that takes 4 years of experience ‼️ u only can do jobs below $1000.00 without a contractor license in Las Vegas, most people don’t know this fact. I have a linelazer 2000 with two lazers, two spray guns etc… check the requirements of your state before purchasing a machine folks‼️
This statement alone 👆 proves my point and what I said in the video to be true. I didn’t mention patience in the video. Or did I, But that further proves my point. You can still work, just need to be under a certain amount per job. You can dominate with smaller jobs, accumulating google reviews, acquiring a customer base and building a brand. And when that 4 year period is up you could have more reviews than your competitors.
But people don’t have patience,
4 years is nothing. Sorry it didn’t work for you. But you didn’t endure the process of effective brand building. But that’s ok, there’s always other things to do.
