- This is going to be the final solo ride for our series, and this time I have a couple of places I have been looking forward before I turn the reigns toward home and head back towards my starting point in Chiang Mai.

Lynx fairing by Britannia Composites. Great product.
Safari 37 litre tank
Mosko Moto Backcountry 35 panniers with quick release backing. Also, AWESOME. No rattle, seconds on and off, easy to find the place to put it.
Pelican Top Case with Caribou mounting system. Unsure on this one. It bounces, as it only has two forward points of contact, so I've installed a thong dampener so it doesn't bang any more. While it has locks, it also has standard bolt heads accessible, and I reckon I could rip it off forcibly but I won't try.
Tyres Australia D606 rear, Tractionator Dualventure DV tyres front. D606 is great, Tractionator not.
Montana 700i with satellite tracking beacon and SOS and messaging, can share location with home and call for help in remote places
Airbox and carbs modded
Teknik suspension, highly rate it
Safari Seat - all these seats hurt I can't pick them apart

Yellow second-hand pelican case, bolted ingeniously to the bike with buttonheads underneath so only removable by opening the box and removing the camera and reaching through the foam. Works rather well, if I do say so myself.
Liss' bike has been lowered in the rear, but she doesn't want to lower the front.

Wow Liss, so entertain. I must agree with Me And My Royal Enfield comment re your style of editing. Also it impressive how you’ve picked up what doesn’t seem to be an easy language to learn. The first half of the video was awesomely spectacular kind of like a tropical version of Kathmandu. And..... what a finish, 'Yeeha'

Great stuff Liss, really enjoyed seeing you relax and enjoy yourself and explore at your own pace. Equally nice to see you and Harry meet up again, lovely to see the joy on both your faces again! Perhaps a splash of separate adventures in the mix for the future would keep things on an even keel for you, having a partner means you share your life with them, not give it up for them. Very important to have your own time, it makes you appreciate the time together even more 🙂
Your food tastes are very similar to a mine, the rice soup for breakfast, healthy and no greasy farangs fried eggs and artificial sausages. Also the lunch time khao man gai, or pad ka poa moo, spicy hot basil mince pork and rice, another favourite chicken and cashew nuts with loads for veggies or pad Thai at the end of the day at one of the many street market/ side stalls, so numerous all over Thailand. Happy New year to you both, enjoy.
I saw an excellent movie about the rescue, amazing how they got them out. Liked the solo videos ,but I kind of miss Herr Klaus.

I would be lying if I said that this little side series did not bring some emotions to the fore for me watching it. Great to see that you got the break away to breathe and think...the open road is good for that. Some seriously great content Liss! I have ridden all over the North and miss it terribly, so enjoyed these videos immensely. A joyous reunion with Harry just topped it off. Liss: No no, we just needed a bit of a break from spending 24/7 with each other. We've been the happiest of our travel in the time since we got back to Chiang Mai so it was very cathartic for both of us

Liss: This made us both laugh a lot. He somehow managed to get himself out of bed most days, and we'll show you all soon. But first we have to catch you up on some episodes we missed.
Those police should not have bothered you and you don't need to be nervous with them. Point to the registration on your bike, show passport if asked and there is literally nothing they can do to you.
I know how it is to be-littled by a man darlinks,, once a man try to take from paris to new york in the cattle class ,, I refused to go,, was very embarresed !

Liss: I completely agree. You do miss out on some experiences that only the solo riders get, but we only get one choice in life.
