    This is fun, though I'm sorry I missed the live session!
    For the time management challenge (before I hear your suggestions!):
    - For me, it really helped to connect with my team-mates on our one-to-one and figure out why they were facing issues in the first place. In most cases it wasn't because of a personality trait but because of overwhelm and overload, so we had to work on delegating projects, tasks, and making space for them to breathe.
    - In some cases, it helped to explore techniques to help them focused, such as timeboxing, and setting up a trial period to check back on.
    - For quality issues, we looked at strengths and areas of improvement, and typically quality issues happened when one team member was trying to help others to alleviate their load, instead of focusing on their own tasks.
    - Training can sometimes take too much time (external trainings can be hours-long!) and it becomes counter-productive.
    I'll post this comments and add more for the next challenges.
