Thanks for the video! I am fighting with problem number four' 'Using the wrong grit ''.I am using not a Tormek sharper machine but Gude (cheaper one) and original tormek stone Japanese 4000 water stone. Some of my knifes i made it fully successful and sharp, but for some doesn't work,My question is what grit I should buy from diamond disk of tormek 360,600 or 1200,if I want to use first low number grit and than 4000.I can't buy all 3 numbers it's to much money? If I make it 600 and than go to 4000 ??? By the way All Gude jigs are very ugly created and not comfortable.
Good video, Linn. I can get sharp plane irons and chisels pretty easily, but sharpening chef's knives and such still eludes me. Having sharp cooking knives might make a Tormek worthwhile. :) Thanks for sharing.

I seen a Grizzly bandsaw in one of your videos. Which model is it?
