Being that my venus was in my last partners house, and his venus was in my 12th house, I can see now how it was so easy for us to deceive one another and ourselves.

No, Taurus Venus is just that. Aries is very different and no connection as such..... There may be other planets in Aries such as Sun and/or Mercury which would colour the personality.
I have Venus conjuct MC and SN. Harmony with others is easy for me. But find it very hard to love myself, and to put up boundaries. If I look at my chart I don't understand astrologically why... Maybe because my 12th till 6th house are empty.

I believe that's what is known as a psychopathic liar when a person believes their own lies. So is Venus more likely to act this way more in any particular sign ?
narcissism is more Venus. Psychopaths would have strong Pluto. Believing own lies would be Neptune with Mercury and perhaps with the sun.

I like you Steven, but too often astrologers do a mistake you included, each of your videos contain an extended explanation of what astrology is, and the general psychology behind. What a waste of time... No one that doesn't know already astrology will be ever interested in this kind of videos, and those who know astrology get extremely disappointed by the little technical information given.
