Unfortunately people need to use solicitors when doing these things. Then they can stipulate that the property value will be recovered in proportion to the amounts invested in rent and deposit.

She still ‘made’ a 24x return in 6 months. He didn’t lose his seed money. He just trusted her. Trust her and back it up with a legal document. Then there’s no issue down the line.
What if your married to someone on spouse visa and female enter uk and leaves partner after 9 days. But demands financial settlement but never contributed to wards anything nor is her name on the mortgage and no children involved. She used the male to enter uk. Would she still be entitled to any financial compensation ect???
