Based on the principle that it's very difficult to go into trance if you can't relax. Or put another way, relaxation is a gateway to trance.
A similar principle is used in self hypnosis, guided meditation, and mindfulness.

In 2014 any understanding and experience with hypnosis was still four years in my future. The next year I had a profound experience in clinical hypnosis. That was in 2019. It is now 2021 and I am in a clinical hypnosis program. The more I learn in the program, the more I learn and understand from Mark Cunningham. This is a very worthwhile time spent.
This is the first thing I teach new hypnotists, because it's the first thing they should teach new clients.

I'm not sure but ,if anyone else wants to discover nlp hypnosis try Hyper Hypno Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it.
Mark is good at selling himself as a great hypnotist. When you buy his DVDs, you buy him. He doesn't teach real technique, its just his personality that rubs off on you, and his confidence. And that's just what he says, when he says things like (paraphrasing) "forget the scripts, it has to come from within. the most hypnotic thing is a confident male." I watched way too many hours of his workshops and felt like I wasted way too much time, looking for "what do I actually do or say, when are you going to tell us how the mind works?" etc. So If you can learn from words, instead of feeling, I just saved you a bundle! Major Mark: one word: CONFIDENCE.
he doesn't teach any special techniques... but trust me, they are in his scripts. NLP spacial fractionation, anchoring, 3 yesses in combination with phrases like "isn't it? doesn't it? aren't you". Repetition of emotions also amplifies them.
So yeah, he is really good. the techniques he performs you need to learn on your own.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my inquiry.
The theory includes the creation of the English language and the rhetoric within the following fields: science, law, the political realm starting with the constitution, (ie. lawmakers), as well as music and song lyrics, and how relative the rhetoric and technique is to hypnotism and creating perceptions.
The question is, what are your thoughts regarding this issue and do you have any suggestions on sources for information that could help investigate this topic, as I suspect you are an out of the box thinker as am I?.
+Stoney Cole Politically it can be summed up quiet easily, just count the times you hear a politician begin a sentence with the words "I am sure that you like me...." , but what you are talking about is NLP.
