Looooong time viewer. Glad you're back.😊 The Jag & the Coleco are where you've got your money back. The Coleco Atari game converter & joystick grip are very collectable too. The Spectrum console is collectible. The other handhelds don't go for much. Amiga Tank mouse worth a bit. Looks like an A1200 PSU? Can't be sure. Ebay packaging can be absolutely shocking 😟 Looking forward to the clean up & repair Videos. 😊
Thanks starlight, thanks also for your continued support, nice to be back. I'm with you on thoughts on value. I reckon there could be value in the n64 accessories too... If only I had an n64, perhaps I can raise some revenue from the other stuff and buy one. Anyway thanks so much for your comments a s continued views. Roger
@RetroTechRepair Hello Roger, thank you for such a great channel, which is grossly underrated. The YT algorithm is shocking. The N64 joysticks if not too worn, should go for around £15+each. The mini Coleco console seems quite rare. You obviously enjoy what you do even if you lose out sometimes. Keep up the great work. Regards Mario 😊
@Starlight-hp9mm thanks Mario... kind words indeed. I'm excited to be back and making content. I reckon I'm going to hold on to the N64 controllers as I'm on the lookout for an n64 to try those other accessories but if I add everything up I'm happy. I'd actually been looking for a coleco mini I think that's the search that brought me to the listing. Anyhow thanks again for your support and for doing your bit for THE algorithm. 😁
That Doctor V64 is an N64 cartridge backup rom ripper! Made by a company based in Hong Kong from the 90s called Bung! You will need to find the software used for ripping the cartridges using a parallel cable which means an old windows 98 or XP computer!
Thanks @pfy2k given your lead I've got a used PC with parallel port on the way 😁 I also need an N64 of course so I'm watching eBay for one at the right price. Might need to raise some revenue by selling some of the lot first. Thanks so much for your comment. Much appreciated
Nice haul! For the smoky smell, I've had success with using ozone. Easiest way is to grab a UVC bulb and put it in a small enclosed bin with the item. Just make sure that there's not a direct line of sight from the bulb to the item being cleaned - to avoid bleaching or deteriorating the plastic.
Good to Know KP. Maybe I'll give that a whirl when I go to evaluate and repair. Not sure yet whether its tobacco or electrical burning odor... I'll keep you posted
The cat is thinking, '£368 for my new luxury cat bed? Sir, that is an absolute steal.' 😻 Wow some very interesting bits in your haul, the Colecovision controller was an interesting piece! 😁 Was a fun video to watch and look forward to future content
Thanks skyway. Always glad to get your feedback. Thanks for watching to the very end! I'll be doing a follow up eventually when it's all appraised and it's fate determined. Thanks as ever. Hope you are well
The V64 may well be worth good money. I have two of its competitors from the time (neither of which work properly sadly - the CD64 has a RAM issue, the Z64 I plugged into 9v and I think the EEPROM is screwed), the Z64 (which stored N64 games on zip disc) and CD64 (on CD-ROM). The V64 was also a CD based one, IIRC the mini came later but I'm not entirely sure what media it used. From what I can make out both the Z64 and CD64 are worth between £200-300 in working condition and I keep meaning to get mine working. The full V64 would be worth similar money; not sure about the one you have.
Thanks @Jasejj, I will google those and take look. I think I have some software now, but no PC with a parallel port (or N64 for that matter) so I am slowly accumulating stuff as try and test the V64 out. Stay tuned though, I will post a follow up when I have evaluated everything

The XBOX video adapter is genuine. I own the same thing, it was quite expensive back in the days. It greatly improves video quality as it provides RGB to your TV, not just Composite like passive XBOX scart cables.
Good to know. Unfortunately I don't have an Xbox to test it with but sounds like a worthwhile accessory. Nice to know it's genuine. Thanks so much for your comment.
Sending love from the US. Glad to see you back. That 240 to 120 vac power adapter towards the end is connected to an N64 power supply like the ones in the US. You’re right or perhaps Japanese but I’m unfamiliar with those. Do the UK, N64 power supplies look different?
Hi Brian, nice to hear from you, I didn't remember you were from the US. I lived there myself 14 years but returned to the UK a few years ago and voluntarily surrendered my green card. Anyhow I'm not 100% sure about the N64, I was a playstation fanboy and never owned one, but I do have one from eBay on its way to me as we speak. I think the PSU arrangement is the same it's just that I didn't recognise it. My guess is it's US. Anyway thanks so much for your comments. Glad that you enjoyed the video
Thanks for the Video, WOW that’s a lot of stuff, I am really looking forward to your future videos now. If you get stuck with anything on your Spectrum (upcoming video) I will try my best to help. (used to fix them for work). That hand held Vega (if I got the name right), look like fun, I don’t tend to go for stuff like that myself.
Thanks Ghost, if you used to fix them professionally I suspect you'll find the video agonizing! It's an easy fix though. Its been more my first time back at video making that's been the challenge. Thanks as always for your comments, hope that you enjoyed the video
Thanks Darren. Yes I'll definitely be appraising them and hopefully getting them going and updating you all. Thanks for your comment. Glad you enjoyed the vid.
Thanks @gainsey95. It's been a year of ups and downs I explain a bit more in the channel pages chat if you want the details. Fortunately I'm back making contact and my followers have been very loyal. This is my 2nd video of 2025 there was a soccer calculator earlier in the month and a zx spectrum will be coming in a couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience, comments a support. Glad you enjoyed the vid.
What a bizarre assortment of power supplies with no associated hardware. That is a nice collection of Plug-and-Play systems, some (like the Atari joystick) are rather old. The Colecovision Flashback is the best of the lot. The port on the Famiclone is for a second controller. Those are very often seperated from the system and lost.
Yes, I thought that too.... Nobody has yet spotted that there was no colecovision or Atari Jaguar power supply. I lucked out though as I do have had a C64 without supply and an Amiga 500 I could use a spare for. I also have colecovision supply but no console and the Jaguar supply is pretty straightforward. As you say the plug and play are a bit of mixed bag, I like the Spectrum myself, the colecovision games selection isn't great with many of the games that made the console famous missing. Thanks so much for your comments, always really appreciated. I hope that you enjoyed the vid. Roger
good haul , you would break even at least if you cleaned it up tested and resold it , but of course its about getting it all working and having that fun
Thanks @firsteerr I am reasonably happy with it. But yes I agree it's about having fun, very few hobbies are free and a break even is a win. Thanks so much for your comment. I hope that you enjoyed the video.
some ideas to make use of the more unusual bits, cut all of the bodgey wiring from the n64 stepdown transformer, keep the USA parts for spares and then open up the stepdown transformer and wire a figure of eight cable into it internally to keep it looking tidy and original. That way you have a convenient way to test any 110v device that plugs in with a figure of eight, e.g Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, PS2/3/4 and many others. the original Xbox Scart adapter is official and with a nice little CRT that can take RGB is able to output a beautiful picture, far better than its contemporaries and especially for 2D gaming content like fighting games, Arcade ports etc. The larger beige power brick is for Amiga with the square plug, look to be the earlier ones that aren't as dependable but some are serviceable so definately worth keeping hold of, the smaller one is for the C64c revision but works perfectly fine on any other model of C64, they're much more dependable than the wedge supplies but still should be checked and used with a 'C64 Saver' device. The mouse is for Amiga as said, good old tank mouse can be reliable with at most just needing the rollers inside polishing clean. CBS fought a court case over that adapter, i think in some markets it was released as a standalone system called the Gemini since the 2600 just used off the shelf components. I look forward to seeing what you do with your haul and give your cat a hug from me :)
The Cat, was very appreciative of your attention. So am I, both for the info and for the tips as well as for your making the time to comment. Many Thanks! I actually bought. c64 PSU a month or two back as I have a C64 to try to fix. I have had several C64s, and all have worked so far so that's why there has been no vid on it yet. I must also admit although not original I am sure the 110v step-down will be handy as you suggest. I googled the xbox adapter after the vid and concur, good to know mind you as I often see Xboxes sold without cables. Still think it's odd the label was so shiny! but I agree looks original compared to the others I've seen. I have a couple of Amiga's to dust off for a vid so I bet those things will come in handy too. Interesting info the adapter too, I suspected it just took power and joystick feeds from the CBS and feeds video back. I reckon the the architecture is so different, perhaps intel for the 2600, Zilog for the Coleco? Anyway a great comment thanks so much. Thanks so much for sticking with it to the end. All the best. Roger
Great. Well I can certainly use the views, I am in the process of editing up the next video so it shouldn't be too long. In the meantime thanks so much for your comment. Much appreciated. Roger
I live alone and I account to nobody about how I spend my money, but I _still_ rent a mail drop to receive my parcels rather than have them delivered to my residence. It is a great way to "hide" purchases. (Hardcore collectors will also have a private storage unit.)
Hi there, yes I had definitely thought of something like that. Not to hide from my wife who in reality is very supportive (the E-bike is a bit of a running joke), but to save space at home. Unfortunately living in a small town in the UK would mean i'd have to drive 3 hours to pickup. At the moment since I buy everything I repair and don't have any followers sending me stuff I can't really afford it. But good suggestions for the future. Thanks so much for your comment. Hope that you enjoyed the video
Hi John, Thanks for the sub! I afraid the contents were kind of thrown in there. I am happy that some of the more valuable items survived and only the C64 power supply and Powerjoy seemed to get damaged. Tough stuff that old tech! Thanks of your comments. hope that you enjoyed the video.
Definitely worth it, if u could get the Jaguar working 😍😘😗😙😚🤗 And the other old retro consoles working 😎😋😀 just please make sure u wash your hands and clean down everything, looks gross touching everything 🤢🤒😷😨🤧🤒😷
Thanks @XmasTablet, I have ordered a game for the Jag so I will get that evaluated and cleaned up soon. Might be a little while till I get an update .... but there will definitely be one. Yes some of the lots can be quite nasty, this one is better than some I have had. I got a Wii once that was crammed full I mean completely full of beetle-like insects. I tend not to ware gloves as I find the "gloved hand" videos a bit off putting somehow. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment which is much appreciated. Hope that you enjoyed the video.
That Jaguar makes the lot by itself, great haul. I do a lot of work on these, the cartridge must be in and both the cart and slot must be clean or it wont even attempt to piower on, no lights or anything. If it still doesnt power on, it's the power management IC, easy fix for someone who knows their way around hot air, also replace the 330 uF cap next to it and youre good. Might run into a no sound issue after that, there is an easy fix for it, just a bodge. Let me know if you need help.
That's great @frankurmom8741. Awesome advice I wouldn't really know where to start if it didn't boot so that's fantastic. I'll definitely take you up on that offer. Thanks also for your comments. Highly appreciated
You might be right, when it's all tested and enjoyed. I'll do a follow up like the last job lot video I did. It might be a while though. I never make money on this stuff it's all about generating interesting content. Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks so much for your comments
Guy hit gold, right off the bat and didn’t know lol. Those V64s are Rare
Thanks Justin, I was happy to Google that and see what it's worth. Thanks for your comments

@RetroTechRepair you can just use a VM and a USB to parallel adapter.
Nice lot. I cannot wait to see how you get on with working your way through them all.
Thanks awall, I'll be sure to do a follow up as soon as anything exciting happens with them. ! Thanks for your kind words and continued support

Some nice bits, the cheapest lot but real bargains are hard to find now
That's very true, the price that retrotech goes for nowadays is quite alarming. Thanks so much for your comments.

Was that meant to say $450 ?
Oh I see now! duh! Thanks! after 6k views you are the first to comment on that! Nice catch. Thanks!
Lot of cool stuff but i feel not worth £350 maybe at a push £200
You might be right, when it's all tested and enjoyed. I'll do a follow up like the last job lot video I did. It might be a while though. I never make money on this stuff it's all about generating interesting content. Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks so much for your comments
That Jaguar along is worth it. I sell those for $300 US, console only, all the time.
@@frankurmom8741yep, the Jag and the V64 (assuming they work or can be fixed) makes the lot pay for itself
