Google's data centers run on electricity purchased 100% by renewable sources.

I think we should use a hydrogen engine with the following mechanism: use an electrolytic machine to separate oxygen and hydrogen from water and then burn them inside the jet engine of an airplane, after burning the hydrogen in the oxygen. Will produce steam by that chemical reaction .The steam condensation produces water in liquid form then go back to the electrolysis machine and start the master again. The part of the jet engine's force will be transmitted to the gears to rotate the chain
One of the main topics in grammer school , in the sixties was pollution , living in Boyle Heights . Where all the FWY'S interchange . You got the begining of the 101 fwy , goldenstate 5 , the 10 W. & E. ,and the latest was the 60 FWY known as Pomona FWY. Then theres all the industry next door , or half a mile away City of Vernon. To this day the pollution continues .

We can use wind/solar/water to create energy when it is available and while it is available let us produce hydrogen and store it for times when these energy sources are not available. Remember when Toyota made a hydrogen powered car that only has water vapor as byproduct. We can scale that up to have a much stable energy source without using fossil fuels to create hydrogen.
Without new innovation we can't make this possible soon.
So as a guardian in this field, you (Google) have to start a new platform where you have to provide funding & research facilities for new innovative idea to prototype Design to final Startup.
99% of innovative ideas are just remains ideas because they don't have money and proper guidance.

KBr doesn't melt very quickly, but its actually very low on this chart I found. My eyes aren't working correctly. Neutral carbon, algae based carbon. Life is interesting

But honestly nuclear reactors are likely the best way to provide clean energy (even without nuclear fission) because our only other logical zero-emission option is through turbines and solar panels etc, which unfortunately are incredibly expensive.
But while Nuclear reactors are really viable options, due to the safety measures put in place, it would be too late to start only building them with no other sources of clean energy. Also public distrust from catastrophic events like Chernobyl isn't exactly helping.
There are alternatives, it's just a question of how long we as humans are going to wait before doing something about it. The longer we wait, the more viable methods vanish, and the more expensive it's going to be across the globe.
@@Silent_Sounds Agreed. I think nuclear is the way to go, at least to cover what green energy sources can't provide. Nuclear as a supplement to green energy if you will.
It's great for a short term solution until we figure out fusion or a use for used uranium. But fission has to be a stepping stone, we shouldn't aim to keep it (unless we can deal with the waste correctly).
