I have seen this one before i think. But anyway it is a nice little farm. The walls around it are beautiful. And i like the village Soalheira very much. It's a great location, between Fundao and Castelo Branco. Both cities about 20 minutes i believe. (also a train station not so far away).
great vid luis once again, great property for the price.hard for you to keep telling people what you can do and cant do,maybe a little vid on that subject and then you can refer them to it,good luck.
Can you provide information on what would be allowed in terms of restoring/rebuilding on this property? I assume it has no habitation license? Although having electricity is a promising sign. In the description you say it would be ideal as a “weekend getaway” which makes me suspicious that a permanent habitable structure would not be permitted. More information on the reality of creating a home here would be appreciated 🙏🏻
It’s a topic that does bring a lot of controversy but, there is no law that prohibits you from living on your property, none. Different topic is, in case of none EU citizens that need a VISA to live permanently in Portugal, a documented habitation will be required for one to be issued. Nothing to do with the legal possibility for you to live in a building that, as you have already noticed, has no license. Hope this helped. Always make your due diligence and get a lawyer.
@@AnnaAdventuring it's not a registered home, it won't be but noone is stopping you from living there as is... but you won't get permits to make it into a home
Really nice plot wit taxes and fees wat would that roughly end up at spent 10 in campervan in September gone around castelo branco region and its absolutely beautiful up there
My view as a non US citizen is we are confusing a few things. Listening versus agreeing and promising versus actually being able to deliver. I listen to many folks such as men telling me they feel disenfranchised don't agree that they are. Republicans promised so much that is just not possible democrates didnt and were punished for not lying. We criticise politicians for lying but then reward them when they do. The trick appears to be to listen and then pretend you can fix the problems.
there is translation to ENGLISH which is a very good service and a world wide language, neither polish nor norwegian is world languages... would you prefer him to just do it in portuguese instead?
That's not a farm. Thats a great garden where you can escape the wife/kids/grandkids Jehovah's Witnesses and insurance salesmen. Actually those last guys always find you.

@ This is very confusing Luis, because it contradicts everything I have heard, read about and asked about over the past 2 years researching 🤔

These properties without habitation licence are pointless
would it be permitted to knock down the building and put a caravan on the property to live in ? (a caravan that can be pulled by a normal car I mean)
I don’t see the advantage of knocking the building down, but I would say yes to both.
😊
Have I seen this property before?
Yes, this one was already on youtube.
You may live (legaly) in the farm when it’s renovated?
he said no habitation, this is for farming
There is no law that prohibits you from living on your property.
What is the temperature in summer? In this area?
In the video he said it gets to 40°C or more.

Did you say that it was easy to get permission to make the building into a "habitable
building ?"

It’s a rural building at the moment. It can be changed into habitation. A good solicitor or lawyer will be able to.
