This channel is so underrated. I've checked out every video you made and even though I already knew a lot of stuff you mentioned here but you streamline it in a way that I'm 100% sure that I know how it works afterwards. Not to mention how easy it is to follow along with stuff I wasn't sure about. I haven't come across a channel that is just general knowledge like this, most of the videos focus on a specific category, like networking or servers, but you have it all and it's really a great foundation for people just getting into IT and it's great for those who were never sure how exactly some of the aspects work. What's also great is you manage to pack this into a 5 minute nugget which is awesome as everybody can invest so little time to gain so much out of it. I really hope you continue to do what you do. If you ever run out of topics message me, I'll be glad to brainstorm ideas with you.
I highly recommend this page to every one, even who are not in Information Technology. One of the things I really like about this channel is his teaching approach which simplifies things and not make them more complicated like some other channels do.
THANK YOU! This is the best explanation of DDNS! Highly recommend this video & the many others that are offered in this series on a variety of computer topics & published by PowerCert. I'm personally grateful that you have freely shared your expertise in a useful & meaningful way with all of us here on RUclips! I've learned many valuable IT/networking/computer concepts from your published video content. These videos are engaging, visually pleasing, & easy to understand for almost anyone who has an interest, but who likely has NOT been formally educated as a Computer Tech/IT Specialist. I am merely a self-educated, "hobbyist", computer/IT Tech Enthusiast who needs this information quickly and concisely. It helps me quickly understand fundamental computer concepts which are needed to build my knowledge base & optimize my developing computer skills. Simply would not have the time nor money to dedicate to any formal computer education classes to learn this info. Thanks for sharing this valuable information here & making these excellent videos!
Man I can’t stop watching your videos I learned a lot from your videos This channel is so underrated you deserve more than that !!! Thank you for your videos and your helpful informations
AAAAA+++++ "DDNS" +++++AAAAA. I wish you taught a lot of things. I can't understand why our education system, trade schools, and most other teaching areas still use archaic ways! THANK YOU!
I just started to learn networking. but oh god, its too understandable by you. really refer everyone to join this channel and learn. thank you for this. it will really helps me in my career. once again thank you
This video is super super helpfull..I haven't come acrross any other video about DDNS that is better than this one. Thank you so much for making those videos. These videos are my foundation of my IT carrer.
Great stuff. I only checked out a few videos and I'm hooked. U make it easy to understand and in a logical sense. Keep it up. I'll be referring ur channel to all my friends and people that are lacking networking and PC knowledge. Cheers. Keep it up!
You are just amazing.. I stumbled across your channel the other day and the content and animations and knowledge that you stream line so well is just amazing.. Hats off to you.. pls keep up this good work
Really appreciate this channel. Your videos make it easy to understand, clear and concise. This is without a doubt one of my favorite channels. Keep it up!
Thank you for your labors in putting all your videos together. I'm studying for my A+ cert and I love how easy to understand the videos are. Thank you.
A few questions I'm left with: 1. With normal DNS you also don't type in the IP address. So what's the difference between DNS and DDNS? You mentioned that a DNS update can take 24 hours. Is DDNS simply faster, is that the difference? 2. How does a DDNS service know what your new IP address is?
This. Damn, you have all these "tech" channels with some Indian yelling into a mic with an anonymous background, while the real knowledge always lies with the simple videos. Thanks
Clear explanation about DNS and DDNS...! We request you to cover the IPV4 subnetting, asking since this concept itself a confusing, hope you cover the same part in upcoming learning.
A little suggestion that other videos do. When you reference a previous video put it in a car that pops up or pin it in the description. Creates more views for your related videos and keeps the viewer in the loop.
Thank you so much sir . I extremely appreciate your videos and your explanation. However I have some questions please would you answer me ?! why do IP ADDRESSES change constantly when using DDNS? What's the purpose of changing IP addresses? is it a security concern ?! And lastly why can't we use a DNS instead of a DDNS to access devices in my home ?! Thank you in advance.
This channel should be required in schools

Thank you for this video.
The real name of DNS is SDNS
SDNS is Secure DNS.
DNS originally started out non-secure, therefore DNS is the acronym most people know.
@@D-Ragon84 I know that but the DNS takes static IP only therefore I called it SDNS (Static DNS)
@@arefrufillalshanty4284 Oh
Well, yes that would be the oposite of Dynamic DNS.
Was not sure what excatly you were refering to with "real DNS".
@@D-Ragon84 yeah, good call.
Thanks for your interference
