This bands song's literally saved my life I almost killed myself and listening to they're lyrics made me wait for a better day, three years later I'm still here. Thank you FFDP!!! Those who feel like I used to feel keep holding on and better day will come don't lose hope and stay positive.

My dad served In the u.s army from 1987 to 2012. From 2012 to this year he traveled as a salesman for a flashlight company. He finally retired two weeks ago. This song reminds me so much of him. Been a thousand places and shook a million hands don't know where I'm going but I know just where I've been. My old man.
idk about anyone else but I am thankful for the service of your dad. Being of the united states myself I am blessed by people like him who gave so much for me, and for us as a whole. so tell him we thank him from the bottom of our hearts!
Similar situation for my dad, US Army from 1988 to 2011. He retired from working in general in 2018 after stints as security for a prison and a hospital. He's been all over the world because of the Army, and despite it ruining his marriage, he wouldn't have traded those experiences for anything in the world. He's been a thousand places and shook a million hands, but this time he knows where he's going next

By far my favorite band, every song I can relate to for one reason or another is almost like the struggle that people have especially men and how they are treated or what goes on silently in our heads they get it 100%. It would mean the world to me and many others just to shake your hand and maybe have a beer or two. Can't wait to see you again in concert! Keep up the good work and amazing songs!!!

Battle born, born during the Vietnam War, joined the Air Force, seen the world... good and bad... love this song!!!!
After a bad time, I went through trying to take my life. I found FFDP and first album was War is the Answer. I fell in love and haven't stopped since. The music helped me look at things differently. I've cried listening and fell to my knees. But it's lifted me up alot and there is no way to thank you FFDP. 😥
They have saved me in so many ways! 😢🤗 stay strong 💪
