I think he's right in a way though. For the past 10 years Floyd has been asking Manny to take the test and then he would fight him and Manny always kept saying "no" he finally said "ok" and then he didn't look good. But I know damn well if manny was the one that asked for a drug test or offered a split that Floyd didn’t wanna accept, or whatever, there would be no excuses. Pacquiao started out as a fighter from his young teens and evolved as a complete boxer today, he debuted when he was still a minor, he had to lie about his age to debut. He also comes from 3rd world country poverty so he has no money for any sophisticated peds which would have evaded testings. He doesnt even have a home, he had to sleep in a dilapidated boxing gym where he trains.
The lists goes on. Paulie has never done any actual research on pacquiao that's why he comes off bitter.
In essence, no matter how much paulie tries to smear pacquiao's legacy, he will always be inferior and no amount of smearing will change that.

A rumor that was started by the Floyd camp in order to avoid fighting Paquiao when Paquiao was still at his peak. It was a case of the pot called the kettle black. And no it was not legit. It was outside of the contractual agreement between both camps leading up to the fight. This info did not come out for at least 2 week after the fight happened. And of course the company that allowed it was USADA, who is definitely in bed with the Mayweather-Haymon camp. But in the end, who got got? We did, if we paid for the fight(which I didn't last minute, but was definitely going to). It sucks, but we need to follow the evidence.

He started boxing at 19 years old and worked his way up 147 where he stayed for the 2nd half of his career accept for like 3 fights when he fought against Canelo, Cotto, and Oscar de la hoya in which he didn't even reach the full weight limit because he was a naturally smaller guy.
Also as Mayweather aged his power was noticeably less effective so he had to win fights with skills and defense while Manny on the other hand was moving up and destroying people badly which is obviously unnatural for someone who moved all the way up from 105. Even Canelo who started 154 struggled and loss at 175 against Bivol because even though he probably weighed 175, he wasn't used to fighting at that weight against that caliber of fighter and it was noticeable even in his prime.

He then went up to lightweight which is 130. Then went up to 140 then 147 and then only 3 times to 154 where one of those fights was a catchweight at 152. He is 5’8 and has a reach of 72 and a half inches. Manny is 5’5 and his reach is 67 inches. Floyd knocked out one welterweight and it was Ortiz which was legal but unexpected and clean. Manny came from 108 and jumped up multiple classes at once and ran thru cotto Margarito de la Hoya and hatton. After that, he never knocked anyone out since. Cotto de la Hoya and Margarito are way bigger guys than Marquez and morales. It jus seems odd. Not that he was able to win against them but to be that powerful in those higher weight classes in such a quick time

Many people here don’t understand what Paulie is saying so I’ll break it down for y’all.
Generally, when a fighter moves up in weight, at least one of his physical attributes will diminish. Not only did Pacquiao retain all of his physical attributes as he moved up, but his physical attributes actually improved meaning his power, speed, stamina, and chin. That never happens in the sport of boxing. For example, Roy Jones is the most physically gifted fighter ever but even he lost a little speed and power as he moved up in weight. But Pacquiao’s physical attributes all got better as he moved up in weight.
Another point that Paulie was making is when he talked about how fighters have to show new wrinkles in their game as they move up. What he meant is that it’s important to hone and improve your technical skills as you move up because your physical attributes will diminish.
When Pacquiao arrived in the States in 2001, his technical skills did improve under the tutelage of Freddie Roach. But once we got to like 2006, Pacquiao technical skills plateau’d. When Pacquiao became a monster in 2009, there were no technical improvements from 2006. The improvements were all physical and his body and head looked different than ever before. This is what made Paulie and other fighters suspicious. When a 30 yr old athlete experiences physical improvements but has no technical improvements, then people will wonder and they have right to do so.
No technical improvements? Man, Pac improved tremendously technically. Inthe lower weight classes, he only relied on his power. When he went up in weight, he developed his right hand and his footwork. His KO ratio actually dropped when he went up in weight. He relied on other aspects of the game that's why he kept on winning even in his 40s.

So as a guy showed him any lateral movement he was reaching with his punches, feet trailing behind him, stumbling over his own feet, walking into traps and unable to cit the ring off

That is greatness. Nobody else has come close to his accomplishments.
