Now that I know it can be hooked up I can take a look at it. I just did not want to go to a lot of trouble only to find out there was no float in the tank. Thank you.
You bet appears to me there is a chip or fuse type wire coming out near the tank. Don't quote me on that as most of my stuff is hooked up. I do have one wire not hooked up. back left side solo yellow wire.
I just bought the AGT CRT23 yesterday. Your videos have been incredibly helpful. I've been going through your "check list" trying to make sure I'm maintaining this machine right. I have a few questions that I hope you might be able to answer. 1. On the oil change, where do you get a new filter and do you know a part # or anything? Also, I want to upgrade to a larger bucket and better tracks like you did. What kind of bucket and tracks did you get? Where did you get them? I'm a total amature w/ this machine and i don't know what I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Briggs and Stratton Filter #492932S buy pretty much anywhere. Tracks from TrackLoaderParts.com Duroforce Rubber size 180x72x41 should be about $140 a track. Bucket I had mine made by my local manufacture Top Dog Attachments 48"w x 36" L I paid $1,000.00 but I'm sure you could get something smaller for cheaper. It's super heavy duty. But it does maximize the full ability of the machine. For sure a 48" wide is the best for open grading and material moving. Hope this helps any further questions hit me up!!!!
Thank you very much J Bro! I really like your content. I just brought one exactly like yours yesterday. I will pick it up next week. Question for you, any chance I can fit that in a 6 feet 4 pick up bed with the gate open? I do own a 4 by 8 trailer but not sure if I still trust it for 1962 pounds. Thank you very much again! Let me know if you decided to import attachments. Roger
@rogdmc19 I'll do a dimensions video tonight for you. Be easier than try explain via chat. Plus others have inquired. Hope that will help. Far as attachments which ones were you seeking. I'm close to getting something lined up in bulk. I'm not looking to make much on them. Maybe couple hundred bucks. But I think I can get them to you for half what people try sell them for. Also very happy we are helpful!!
@@TheJBros520 Thank you very much. I think it fit space wise but I wonder more about the weight. Probably looking for the grapple and a 4 in one 43-48 inches bucket with tooth's.
@rogdmc19 it's 5' from rear to track in front with stand platform up. So if bucket is up you need 5'. If bucket is down you need the full 8' in length. I threw mine in the back of my 5x8 trailer. Thousand pd tires np. But I would not pull that at high speed just across town. I think i got a video of the mini in the trailer.
I bought the BTTL Battler, same engine, the hyd. cooler looks the same with fan, gas tank same location, controls are a little different, yours has three hyd pumps mine has two, my bucket is 43" ? my tracks do not have the third upper roller just two. It seems to be very useful so far, about 1.5 hrs. paid $5,500.
I have this machine Put a hose on the hyd tank breather , too easy to get water contamination in the tank , the oil filter is impossible to find , what worked for me is a filter from a cf moto quad Use 15/40 diesel oil in the engine Use 46 weight hydraulic oil
I think that is a safety thing for the cap. Did you happen to max fill it? It should stop as you burn a bit of gas. There is a hole inside the cap for Pressure. Just my guess...
@TheJBros520 its only at 50% according to the gauge. When I remove the cap, gas is at the top, then I pull the filter out and it goes down again. I'm going to try to change gasket and look for craks in the gas cap. Thank you.
Thanks for the vid. I found it super helpful. Just a couple of questions pls. Without a cover over the engine where you stand do you get much heat coming through? and, It seems that the CRT23 has the track and bucket control on separate controllers (levers) so when you are moving you can at the same time work the bucket as distinct from most other models. Is that correct? Thanks Wayne
Far as the heat from the engine. I never noticed it to be uncomfortable but I also only let the oil temp light get to 70-80 degrees and I just take a break from the machine. Fan running with engine off cools in 10 minutes or so. Far as the controls your pretty much not able to drive and control lift and bucket at the same time. It really doesn't seem to be a necessary option as the work is more slow and methodical. Accurate tight spaces. On off the machine. But i have been good enough now where i will get a little tilt or raise while moving. I'll try get a video out on how I operate the machine asap
I just bought a new one of these and the fuel guage does not work. I traced the wire from the guage and it is not plugged in anywhere. Does yours work?
It does. I traced mine to being wrapped up with 2 other plastic wraps. I believe out of there it traces down to the bottom right below the red main switch. I could try do a video of what's connected and maybe you could trouble shoot off that.
Have you had any issues with the bucket being smaller than the tracks? All the other machines I have seen have a bucket as wide or slightly wider than the tracks.
Thanks, Chris. It's not ideal. Mostly it doesn't effect much general dirt moving. I am purchasing a 48" bucket to speed up grading and we will put out a video on that. We leveled out 18 yards of gravel with the 31" the material is loose so the tracks just pack it down on forward and back dragging. I will say this don't let the bucket size change your mind to one of the lesser Chinese versions . We are 8 hours in. Greased, New oil filter and flushed hydraulics. All precautionary.
Jax will be uploading some helpful videos in the next hour. I will take a photo of the filter. It's a simple Briggs and Stratton filter part number 429932S got it from Menards.
We got this one thru Auction Block. $6,000.00 bid price after fees etc. $7,200.00. There was a lot of 10 mini skids in that auction. Prices ranged from $3,800.00 to this price. If you want more info or details on the models that sold for less I could do a separate video on that or if you want info on the other Chinese models pros and cons. Just reply which model and I can give you my opinion on them. Also, projected price point for each one where I think good value is. This is just a guide. Thanks for the comment.
@@TheJBros520 Thanks for the reply! The info you've shared was very helpful. I actually decided to acquire the same model. If you have the time or interest, it would be great to see future videos on your longer term impressions, maintenance overviews and/or recommended modifications. Great video! Again, thanks for the follow up.
If your referring to the location, it is in the rear bottom left. holds about 6 gallons. It tends to burn 1 gallon an hour as a rough guide. I would highly recommend do not run the machine out of gas.
Thank you for all the great information! I picked up my new crt 23 yesterday. Will look forward to more of your informative videos!
@randallwelborn1305 Awesome, keep me updated on how it goes for you!!! I'm super excited for you and hopefully it becomes as handy as mine has been!
3 pumps, 3 valves.

@@POSlevel OK, good to know.
How did you come up with the oil filter #. Mine is same engine but calling for a 136-7848. Will the Briggs and Stratton cross over for the original?

Ho there do you know if the quick attach is Toro dingo style or is it exclusively AGT
Anyone able to confirm the attachments, but I believe this is tailored to the toro dingo.
Where would you find the attachments compatible with this machine and do you know if it will work with a trencher attachment?
Yes, I have a JQ400, Amazon has the attachments.

Wouldn’t the new tariffs against China just make the machine cost double what it’s worth now
