How to make a custom tool tray

This is a cool little custom made tool box that I made for my metric tools. I've made a similar one a few years ago and thought I'd show you how it was made.
The box itself is about 19" long by 8" wide and about 1.6" tall.
The size of sockets that fit in the box are 32,30,24,21,19,18,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,10
those socket sizes are very specific to my trade and are not standard for all trades.
