Haven't done much of that in Meshmixer, but there's a free software called GOM Inspect that should handle it. I'm trying to learn that now and use it so that I can make a video on it :)
It's a bit higher, as it's a handheld scanner. More in the range of Einscan Pro+ , but cheaper =). THey have the Thunk3D Cooper M20, that I also reviews that is much more similar to SP/SE

The Fisher has demonstrated the best scans from my research then any other handheld scanner in this price range. It especially excels from my eyes in organic material such as the human face. The Einscan, Peel, and more do not achieve the same results and if they do then they do not showcase it in their sketchfab models. The scanner you linked is currently listed at 27,000 USD and is not a handheld scanner. Research a little next time :)
