- Hello everyone! It is officially bath season 2021 and also gifting season. In this video, I show you how to make a bubbling bath bomb with lots of fizz. These bath bombs are not only beautiful, but they are also great for the skin. they contain ingredients like buttermilk powder and clay! Oh, and did I mention they float!

I too have issues with bathbombs. The mix is too crumbly and won't come out of the mold. I'll keep trying. I would love a press but it's a little out of my league atm. Your recipe looks fab BTW 😍

Do you live in a high humidity environment? Or do you use a dehumidifier?
I love this recipe, but do not want to use SLSA. If I leave that out, what ingredient do I increase percentage? Or can I substitute something else such as Epsom salts?
Were you going to tell us the floating secret 🤐 I may have misunderstood. Or maybe I missed it. Lots of YT vid demos show bath bombs sinking. I’d like mine to float 😁. Can you give some advice? Ty in advance
Hi! Yes, Lots of my bath bomb recipes sink. My technique has changed. I don’t pack in the mixture now. I just lightly place it in. When they get too heavy or have too much clay or cornstarch they sink
Just don't pack them so hard and let them dry more.
Someday I will get a bathbomb press cause making all my bathbombs by hand it's getting painful 😅

Have you always used buttermilk powder or are their other milk powders you like to work with?
I have only worked with buttermilk powder so far.

I have the bath bomb press but it doesn’t always come out perfect. Do you check the humidity? Before you make the bombs?
Pack your mold light and go from there.
@@starlapercle9575 I do. With the press I’ve tried all ways and sometimes it works others it’s a disaster so I be been using the hand mold. Complete waste of money really
