I think the extra weight of those wheels might help it act more like 2 extra gyros spinning. Also the weight of the front wheel will help keep the front end down and get more power to the ground without the gyro system letting off the accelerator as much as it does with the lighter front end
How are your front forks holding up on the promoto, any play in the lower fork legs? I think my fork bushings are wearing out or breaking in. Lol. After only 4 battery packs,of med to hard riding at Screaming Demons RC compound my forks have slop that i dont removed them having new...I disassembled the forks and it seems the bushings are the issue. 12. Bucks for a fork rebuild kit should solve it. Just wondering how yours are holding up..appreciate any info bro, Always enjoy the videos. 👍👊😎
You glueoligist , you did it . 😂 question : Do you know anything about the fork springs kits and rear shock springs kit ... because I'm wondering with the added weight if they make stiffer springs ? Front and rear . We can adjust the sag with collar ring . But that's after we get the right spring for the additional weight . Would be nice if they made a chart for how they came up with the spring they used for the stock weight . Someone at losi has to know the stock spring rate . So we had a starting point . Then how many ounces of weight added will demand a stiffer spring ? Then we would have a weight to rate ratio . All in 1/4 scale. Then make a chart that we can all take a picture of it . So as we add aluminum upgrade we wont destroy the suspension or sacrifice the handling. Then a thicker oil too . Maybe with all your experience and connections you can provide that information to your subscribers 😊 was that to much to ask ? 😂
FarmerFPV is right the wheels are unprung. I'm not sure of the rates but I'm sure as these continue to get out in the public everything will be figured out. The drive is coming up soon and it drive really good except for the sand lol
@@ExocagedRC I learned something today . About unsprung weight. Would that apply to the swing arm as well ? And the links and knuckle? Because they are below the shock . Or does it only apply to wheels and tires ? Oh and VITAVON just emailed me and they just came out with the brake caliper. It looks amazing. And 23T and 25T servo savers . Thanks for the education. Much respect too both of you for helping me . Stay cool 😎
It is taking the RC World by storm shame only America has recieved there's. Ordered mine in June not likely to receive it to the new year. Absolutely redicolous how the UK gets treated.
I like vitavon stuff a lot but they need a different design on the wheels. I'm sure there aint much they can do but I dont like the look of those really. I hope he makes some look like the stock.
@@leethomas769 thank you I guess what I'm actually looking for are the slick tires but it seems like you can only purchase them with the wheels on them and I'm actually curious are they glued already or do I have the option of moving them tires to another wheel I've never had much luck at removing glue
@@dirtrider88 yeah click the link.... still aren't no slick tires without being mounted on the wheel already I saw the holeshot tires you can pre-order those aren't the tires I'm looking for I'm looking for the Slicks street tires
Tyre glueologist... 😂😂

Those wheels look great on there!👍👍😁😎✌️
You need that fancy little tube that comes with the bottle of superglue
Tease! In another video hahaha. Was so ready to see 😂
You'll see soon
Looks great 👍
I am top shelf 😵💫
The heavier weight on the wheels might help it balance better. Or counteract the flywheel.
this is what I was thinking
It Drove really good I think you're right
@@ExocagedRC I would think tires are gyros in a way, little more weight cant hurt, looking forward to video

Wondering When are the 12 o’clock boys going to put a large rear gear on and stunt this thang.
👍🤪
I want to see top speed runs and drag racing with them.
What is the appropriate way to say tire or tyre
they are pronounced the same fucking way

The added weight of the wheels is not going to affect the sag or rebound on the bike. It's unsprung weight.

The stock were better
I like the stock wheels way better
Where did you get the tires by themselves seems like everywhere I look you have to buy the wheel tire combo
They are Proline tyres not Losi original parts.
