- 1975 - Life Becoming A Landslide: another great album of this awesome band. The bassline seems unstoppable using just a small note range. Hope you like my cover!

Thank you all!
Thanks for the visual. I’m a deaf bassist and I’ve been wanting to learn this song for a long time.
@Fender Thinline Well thank you for that, my friend. If it makes you feel any better, I have arthritic hands too so you’re not alone. Been playing for almost 20 years.
Very nice to see an SX bass from out of the blue. good taste and good playing. thanks
You tome made it a lot easier to pick up for the tabs thanks
Nice SX bass and great playing. I was playing it on the E and A string causing too much movement, and the way you play it on the A and D string has way more economy in motion. Thanks !
Fantastic playing Iago, excellent bass cover! Keep it coming!
Life saver before a gig!
Holy shit how long before the gig did you learn it?
@@DannyBanasiewicz you Can learn the song in like 5 minutes. It’s not that hard. The key is just to know when 1:44 comes and when the chorus comes. Besides that, it’s just the same thing
@@DannyBanasiewiczyou can learn a song without learning every note.
This is perfect! Thank you. Just what i was looking for
Thanks for this. I think your playing is spot on! I call this song the bass tongue twister. 🙂
It definitely is!! I have to perform this for class and I have just confused myself a few times.
This was very helpful. Thank you and God bless. 😀
GREAT
this is helping so much - thx!!!
Thanks a lot!
Qualidade !👏
Nice job. For myself, I'm gonna have to simplify that chorus a little. Does switching around the note order on every bar really add that much? I'm gonna say no. Also, I can't remember all the changes. I'll just throw in a random change in note order here or there, and call it a day.
Actually, that adds a lot to it, very much a McVie thing for moving the bass line and adding a lick/movement that breaks the "sameness" of that line, which would getting boring to listen to otherwise. Honestly, if you don't have that lick in the chorus, why bother to play it? Your not doing justice to the music and it will sound like a flat pancake and boring. BTW, heard other bass players that simplify that line and it just doesn't sound goo. Learn it and do it right, FWIW.
Any bass effects pedals on this or just straight ?
Sounds raw to mee
Great Bass Line and Great Bass Cover!! Very Good! Now a question. In the original recording, he recorded with a pick, right? Just out of curiosity. His sound, even playing with his fingers, was very close. I really liked it 👏👏👏👏
Nice one Iago
Very good. Subscribed. Please try not to hit the strings so hard, you are missing the laid back feel of the song. But well played my friend.
agreed, way on top of the beat, hard to listen but very accurate note-wise. Nice work.
Forget it// thumpin too hard// "Feeling" is too tense.
Original has a Full Bounce between each note// this has borderine machine gun Rivets
This is originally played with a pick so it makes sense on how he is playing.
Agreed, it is too staccato-sounding, need to hold the note a bit longer. Interesting how McVie can take a simple song like this and make it sound so good and hypnotic by his playing.
Have you heard the isolated Bass track version of this- from the actual recording?
Please do Ophelia by The Luminners
I still find this fiendishly difficult to play.
playing much more staccato than on the recording.
Yeah, I would like to rerecord this one
try to lay back and swing
Yeah great tab but little rushed .. but I do the same sometimes sitting slightly ahead of the beat
