This is more hearsay than actual proof stating that he is the biological father of him that's why in some states I don't know in all of them you can even be not the father and if you signed the birth certificate you have all legal guardianship over the child. JC never signed the birth certificate so they can't make him go to court over hearsay they have to have concrete evidence proving that.

He didn’t find out at 7 he found out 16/17 where him and the man they thought was the father failed a blood test. The man name was even on the birth certificate. The inconsistencies in the story make ppl nervous and rightly so. I get not wanting to make his mom look bad but changing details make the story less credible.

Well when it comes to this this is tricky he wouldn't necessarily be dragged to court unless his name was on the birth certificate as the father. This is more hearsay than actual proof stating that he is the biological father of him that's why in some states I don't know in all of them you can even be not the father and if you signed the birth certificate you have all legal guardianship over the child. JC never signed the birth certificate so they can't make him go to court over hearsay they have to have concrete evidence proving that.
