    Make sure to start with the knee slightly below parallel and the foot dorsiflexed. As the foot drives down towards the ground, train your neurological pathway by pre-activating your muscles and anticipating the foot strike. If you struggle initially, don’t jump - just work on landing in the correct position and tapping the ground with the ball of your foot.

    Is it possible to reduce air time despite reducing the vertical jump that we do when sprinting,can you make a video addressing this topic

      Yes, the goal is to minimize flight time, but maximize power and distance traveled horizontally. Most people let the ground come to them, the goal with this drill is to teach people to anticipate and strike the ground with intent and purpose of force output, rather than just float to the ground!
