Alexa is so adorable! Her face when she entered the office and looking around with her beautiful big eyes. Mimi, i know exactly how you feel about leaving alexa even for a couple of hours. They grow up so fast. My son is 19 months old and is not a baby anymore... actually it seems to be easier now that he is walking and eating all by himself and helping out (he is always so proud of himself when he can throw his.nappy in the bin etc.) Our job as a parent is to prepare them for living on their own to be independent and proud! Its hard to know that someday they dont need you anymore 🙈 i keep saying to myself that i should enjoy every moment (good or bad) it is such a treasure to be a parent!

By the time, being surrounded by many broken relationships and divorces, it gets so hard to believe in the real, endless love. But I will never stop. About working standing-up: If you're looking for a solution for your employees in case they'd also like to work standing - I can really recommend the company 'roominabox' and their 'monkey desk' - I got one a week ago, and it's amazing, you put it together in 5 seconds and can work standing or even squatting if you want to, and it even looks cool (I am not affiliated, just thought I'd recommend as I really like it)

I think I know the building your office is located in, its the same spot as the organization whose board I sit on. Beautiful industrial/loft like location, I love visiting the various art rooms there whenever I can.
