Great vlog on port barton. definitely the kind of town I;d take a vacation in. Homely, with a great beach and attractions. Get that checked in puerto, especially if your friend gets a fever. chicken pox is still pretty active here.
Thank you! I appreciate the compliment. Definitely a small town feel. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Went to the clinic a couple of times and they swear it’s sandflies 🤷🏻♂️
I love that beach in Port Barton AND VIBE You stay at betst part of the beach in Port barton. Fish was Amber jack and Lapu Lapu si Grouper Both delicious I like lapu lapu sweet and sour We will be in Port barton in march again do some fishing and beach buming. Before like 10-15 years ago i like El nido it was beautiful and small now i coming to Port barton Greetings from Czech R
Planning on visiting that spot by Jan 2025 and stumbled upon your vlog. Yes, El Nido used to look just like that 15-20 years ago, indeed. I've been there 18 years ago. Very cool vibes, very cheap prices, no hotels/resorts. Anyways, thanks for the vlog, gave me some idea. I was hoping to see the bars in land you'd talked about as well.
@@yannickpluess9768 the main place was called Ragea Bar. Small place with a pool table and loud music. That’s where most people went who were trying to party. We Stepped foot in it for 30 seconds and left 😂
@@passport_ced We were there from Oct 24-27. Our original plan was to go to Balabac, but the weather didnt permit it since there is a Super Typhoon so we went to Balabac and end up enjoying Port Barton instead!
@@passport_ced In Balabac i will be coming probably in few years if Port barton will end up like El Nido with lots of hotels. Balabac looks to me like Maldives-never been there yet
RUclips suggested your video to me on Searching Palawan. Port Barton looks like my kind of vibe. Thanks for showing it. But ive also been wondering amd hoping your cousin has sought out further Medical Eval for his skin, cuz sandflies can cause LEISHMANIASIS. Might be late commentsas i am watching 3 months later , just hoping he is doing well.
@@jmghostymike8704 thank you! Yes he is fine now. We visited the local clinic for treatment several times while we were in port Barton. The infection continue for a bit when he returned home, but eventually went away. Enjoy port Barton!!
I avoided Port Bardon abd Saint Vincente when I travelled Palawan, because now more international tourists are found there. The beaches didn't look outstanding. Personal taste.
Everyone we spoke to (even the clinic) swore it was sandflies 🤷🏻♂️. It started in El Nido with one on his leg. In the matter of 3 days it became what you see in the video. Went to the clinic several times to get it treated, but it didn’t seem to get much better.

You are lucky no typhoon during that time, the roads can get pretty rough like super rough on San Vicente.
@@petleveler8366 your right. It was bright and sunny the entire time we were there. Didn’t know it gets that bad!
@@passport_ced Oh you bet especially the path going to Long beach. We were there during a typhoon but still enjoyed the stay.
Can’t wait to be back
When’s the last time you went?

it could be a viral infection such as chickenpox or monkeypox. He should definitely visit a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

looks like not an allergy nor from sandflies... why not visit a rural clinic? it may even be for free
