I looking forward to purchase this machine, due to it good price, a questions, someone said that Hisense front loader cant adjust the temperature what type wash you choose it will stick to it temperature, is it true? and also cant adjust the timer for the wash cycle and the time cycle is longer compare to other brand, did you facing this problem?
Good presentation, my question is my machines takes too long to wash like wash and dry takes 7 hrs 58 min and mix option takes 2hr 58 mins but no place to adjust the time. Seems too long please advise
Do i need to close the water tape when it starts washing ? Or i just need to open the water tape and leave it like that until it’s done washing and rinsing ?
Be careful with this brand. Ours is now 5 years old and the door lock switch broke the part is pricey. In addition when they repaired one of the 3 motherboards gave in.

If it's a washer dryer then it's normal. You have 2 machines in 1.

I just buy Hisense washing machine 10kg for my wife but the way it vibrate while drying is not good at all
Make sure your machine is on level ground. Even a Samsung or LG vibrates and makes a lot of noise while spinning if the ground is not flat.
Mine too until the kids run away
Remove the 4bolts behind the machine ..those are used to hold the drum during transportation

I just leave it on until it is done washing then l turn off the water tap when l remove my clothes from the washer

You need to get a qualified plumber in your area to help with installing the washing machine
and what happened for rinsing with the water still on
using the very same machine, having trouble draining water, it seems like it doesn't have enough pressure. how do I go about that to sort it out?

No it does not but its leaves them about 85% to 90% dry
