this is where gameplay mechanics is important, doesn't matter how old the game looks but it's still fun to play.
This is takes me back to those good ol days when I used to play with my bro alot.
Yeah this was one of my favorite games and me and my brother had beaten it many times years back we both might crash several times but we still beaten it all credit to you both for no deaths for beating it hats off to you guys good job and kept y'all weapons intact awesome video guys!!!

Been years since I played co-op, are the slowdowns the NES hardware, or is it software? For example if you played it on an emulator would the slowdowns still happen?

My favourite game
One thing I don't understand about Contra as an adult, having played it and enjoyed it when it originally came in 1988 as a kid: How come at first it's a guerilla fight as the Name suggests, "Contra" where the right-wing rebel group in Nicaragua during the 1980s from which the US had a scandal with, but then Aliens appears, it's no longer in the jungle, but in the Nicaraguan snow and you see humans working for the Aliens as if any human would do such thing? And if so, why do Aliens need guerilla humans to do their dirty work? Still a great game though.

Is there an achievement if you get no death cause I care less about no death I have this thing at home where I can cheat on games have infinite health never die once in the game that was when there was no PS3 no Xbox 360 you don’t get achievements or trophies your allowed to cheat using GameShark action replay but now they made these illegal cause of achievements trophies so it’s not surprising on NES games you don’t get death

Ademas tiene hack, checa el minuto 3:55 donde la lumbre que pisa no le causa daño alguno.
Of course because one of them got B power up which means "Barrier" that power has ability to make the player invincible for like 10 sec or less or more. And then the player will back normal so you don't need to be shocked
