@@Gesunde-Rezepte , I couldn't find chickpea flour, but I decided to puree whole chickpeas and so the taste comes close to the recipe. I decided to add some other ingredients to the recipe for the next time, such as eggs, cheese, cream and spinach. I will write you how it tastes.

in my shopping i just bought 2 large organic zucchinnis and i have chickpea flour ready to go. i notice it is only a few cms deep, so as i only have a tabletop convection oven i can only fit a smaller pan. So I'll make it in two batches. maybe good for work lunches too! for when i get paid work again! ❤️✨️🙏
