Thanks for your comments. Max Mesh Size (edge length) should not be more than 10x the product wall thickness. Say Nominal wall thickness is 2.5mm, max global edge length shouldn't be more then 25mm. However, Moldflow Meshing Algorithm from 2018 and above automatically selects the GE length based on features and thickness.
Hello Brian, if needed you can directly import the feed system CAD in native file format and assign the attributes in Moldflow as feed system. However I would recommend to convert in to beam. I have created a separate video on curve extraction using Fusion 360 and transfer it to Moldflow. I hope this helps thanks
