    Hello Sir Sachin
i have a question about the accumulation of heat through cycles for example if the cooling cycle ended with temp variance of 5 degree and the second cycle started that place which has high temp will be even hotter after the second cycle and so on after many cycles and may end up being way hotter than the other parts of the surface right ?
what is the analysis in moldflow that can help me predict temperature over cycles and how to solve that problem
    thanks so much

Hello Mustafa - thanks for your query. Moldflow Adviser basically does a static thermal analysis based on the Mold filled with molten polymer. Melt temp is taken as the reference to start the thermal analysis. What you are referring is the transient analysis and that too with production start up. Yes there would be temperature difference between two cycle but when the process get established ( like eg after 25 cycles) different should be constant thus equilibrium is achieved. It is possible with Moldflow Insight standard solver. I hope this helps. Thanks

How to reduce deflection after adding cooling channel ?

Hi Deepak, Thanks for your comments. In isolate the cause of the warpage you should able see the cause of warpage. If it is cooling that is major contributor then you will be the area of highlight. You need to model the cooling components along the highlighted area. It could with baffles or cooling inserts e.g BeCu and re-run the simulation to check the effect on deflection. I hope that helps.

In my case deflection results with fill+pack+warp & cool+fill+pack+waps is same. after doing analysis with cool+fill +pack+warp, I would like to see reduction in deflection.

@@24deepakmahajan61 fill pack warp consider the uniform Mold temperature versus cool fill pack warp considers the variable temperature based on cooling channel. I would suggest check the cause of warpage by isolating it.
