Enjoying the videos in the DA-40!
I’m finishing my PPL over in the UK and want to “hour build” in the States. Can anyone recommend a good FTO that will hire out Diamond DA-40’s to newly rated PPL pilots in Florida?

I would kill for winds 180 at 5kts. Tired of training in 17G27.....

Winds are gusting here in Florida. I’m also looking forward to calmer days.

Good decision not to push it. BTW I have noticed you never banked more than 15/20 deg in the turn. It’s easy to overshoot if not banking to 25/30 deg. My 2C

Smart move. Never hurts to go around. Not worth the risk.
