Here is my attempt at Bill Monroe's classic, with my Washburn M1K Mandolin. I had never heard of this tune, then recently, a neighbor shared it with me, I was very excited. In order to play this song, you must tune your mandolin to G#G# C#C# G#B C#E. I based My rendition on the original song. Instruments featured in this song were an Mandolin, Acoustic Guitar, Accordion, and Upright Bass. I (Riggs Horton) arranged, performed, produced, and took the pictures for this song. The text is from the King James Bible.
