    Awesome channel. Really hard to believe this was your first attempt! Mine would only be worthy of the fire pit. Great looking snare!

    First of all... may I commend you on a BEAUTIFUL SNARE!... I hope you never sell it. Always keep the first one.
    .....however.... I'm not understanding your jig for drilling lug holes.... at all.
    The lugs had an inch play, and even if it were tight, you cant drill the holes in the wood (with a lug placed in the jig)...
    Apparently, it worked, but the camera didn't show how.
    Im really hoping to learn how you did that, because jigs will make my life so much easier. Im tired of measuring every hole.
    Also, you gave me a few ideas that I want to incorporate next build. Especially the lug making. So simple, yet done so well. For a first snare, I would give you a solid 9.9
