    Thank you very much, this is a great presentation. I was wondering if using another more objective assessment to classify growth failure/short stature with malnutrition (indicating a chronic disease or malabsorptive disorder) would be more useful and practical than comparing weight age to height age. For instance, using a weight for height SD or BMI SD.

      Also how important is the inflammatory markers testing in the scenario of suspected malnutrition or chronic disease as a cause of growth failure?

      Thanks for the input. We have shown that a BMI SDS less than -1.5 suggests the nutritional cause of growth failure. This is incorporated in our algorithms for Growth Interpreter.
