Vegan Miso Ramen. With fried tofu and shiitake mushrooms.

  • Hi guys! I share you the recipe to make this vegan miso ramen that has become my favorite ramen of all time. You have to try it, it is delicious.
    As you know there are many types of ramen and this is my interpretation of how to make a vegan miso ramen.
    Ingredients for 6-8 servings:
    1 package of ramen noodles
    3+ sheets of nori seaweed
    20 dehydrated shiitake mushrooms.
    200 gr white miso paste
    Soy sauce
    1 tsp. White pepper
    Salt and black pepper
    Sesame oil
    Cornstarch
    2 extra firm tofu blocks.
    1 tbsp of sugar
    Bean sprouts
    10 green onions
    1 piece of ginger (3 cm)
    6 garlic cloves
    6 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds.
