I have the same camera problem. It will disconnect for any reason, I slight breeze or rain it goes down And every time I have the hardiest time getting back on line. And I have to climb a ladder every time to get to it.
To do the reset you need to open small hatch on top of rotating head where the camera is placed. Then you will see the slot for sd card and one button. You connect it to the power and hold that small button pressed until you hear the message that reset is sucessfull. Good luck

I have bought the same C-P05, I think the instructions are not in correct order, you have to put continue and after that you have to put your SSID wifi password, and finally you have to put the QR code that will appear on you mobile phone in front of your camera´s lens (10 to 20 centimeters approx) and the camera will associate in 2 mins approx..

press and hold reset button to reset,, but I found that if you make a connection with any of these type cameras,, you have to use the same EXACT INFO if you try it somewhere else,, I ended up having to use a different email address ,,after I reset, because it was still trying to use old one, and would not work.

Habe mit dieser Cam das gleiche Problem. Hab sie Reklamiert und wollte eine andere haben, Gibt kein Ersatz aber Geld zurück und Entsorgen darf ich sie auch noch. Habe mir jetzt wo anders das gleiche Model bestellt, hoffentlich geht diese dann.
U have a wired connection, didn't scan qr code or add wifi,just choose your wired connection.If no success,press reset button is next to lan slot until săi succesul reset.On your phone activate location,then go to app ,add +camera from app hotspot connection, go to wifi settings,add name to cam hotspot (Cam.....),allow to connect without internet,then add your wifi router name (only 2.4ghz not 5g)and password,and wait to say wait for internet connection, after say internet connected if password to ssid match.Good luck

Решили ли вы как то проблему? Заказал 2 таких. И на обеих такая же проблема не по кабелю ни по вифи не работает. Точнее 2 дня пороботали и потом все

@@ЯизТамбова надо было просто. Открыть спор и деньги без возврата камер. Его надо наказывать, продаёт фуфло. Я 2 звезды поставил и плохой отзыв.

You did not press reset button after unplugging it.
Mine has worked for 1 yr. now with no problems.

5 minutes was connected then stalled, and now same problem, any solution?
With wifi connection everything is ok. But when connection is wired I have same problem.
