This home is exactly what I need. No wasted space, not super large but livable. Walkin closets. Great price. Wood trim. Beautiful floors. Just perfect! This is the one for me. Even has bear decor which I collect for a sign. But I will keep watching. 😆
Not a bad price. I wish you and your family the best and hope that the emergency situation is better and resolved.
This may be the most perfect home I've ever seen! The colors are phenomenal! I typically don't like the dark trim with white doors, but in this application, especially with the flooring, everything blends together so beautifully! Kudos to the stagers on this one! Thanks for the tour, this one is a keeper. I pray everything is good on your end.🙏❤️👍
Like this home, the color scheme isn't bad, since there isn't a tub in primary bathroom, I would request a shower tower with the additional jets and a handheld wand also. I like the hotwater tank in the utility room. It looks like sheet rock with batten and board for closets only. The price isn't bad also. Thanks for sharing.
Love the 32ft wide on a smaller home, great home!
Hey Mr. Nate, I hope you're taking some time for yourself to rest. Thank you for the great videos!
I LOVE this house! I love the floor plan, the colors and it has plenty of storage space. A lot of the open floorplans I can't stand but in this house it works beautifully! Thanks for sharing ❤️
A really nice floor plan. Even in larger homes, there isn’t enough room for my bedroom furniture, but there is enough room in this home. Would be a really good home for me. 😊
Like the nice large closets in the bedrooms
This particular home is not my taste, but as always, you give a good presentation, Nate! I pray you and your family are safe and well. 🙏
Hello Nate! Good video. Glad everyone is doing better! Sending prayers!
#1) The floorplan is really wide open isn't it? I'm not a big fan of that, but it's also Not a deal breaker. But in the Living Room I'd put a Gas Fireplace where the entrainment center is. TV to go above it. I'm glad there's a Coat Closet even though it's just a tad away from the door. I really like the Office area; it's a tad narrow, but useable, and already there!
#2) In the Kitchen I'd probably put a smaller Island in there ; we don't need the extra seating around it with the table right there. I'd put wheels on it so I could move it if needed. The Microwave is in the perfect position! I'm glad there's a Pantry. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler please.
#3) The Utility Room is not quite perfect, but close. The Furnace and Water Heater are both in there where they belong! There's a sink and small countertop and cabinet space. There's a back door. Only thing missing is a place for a freezer. But...as we'd build a Garage outside that door, we'd also build a Storage unit in it and put in a big long-term Pantry and a good sized area for any kind of freezer we'd like.
#4) The Guest Bedrooms would be my Library Music Studio Rooms. The bigger one would be my Library with a sitting area. The smaller would be my Music Studio Room, soundproofed.
#5) The Master Suite...the bedroom is very nice and roomy. I'd probably change the accent wall color though. I'm very glad the Closet is Not in the bathroom! That Closet is a very nice size too. Not as big as some, but it's not small either. The Bathroom... I'm not sure if there's room around the Commode for me to sit without hitting something. If possible I'd remove that wall beside the commode and then turn the Commode around to face the shower, with plenty of room on both sides. We'd keep the Shower this time as I like it; I have a shower chair I can put in it.
#6) Now for the Guest Bathroom...as I'm keeping the Shower in the Master Bathroom, I need to change this tub/shower to a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo so we can take a bath if we want to. I'd also move the commode in here. I'd put it on the opposite wall actually, giving me more room on each side. That's the way ours is now, opposite wall from the sink. Works fine, with plenty of room.
#7) We'd build porches around as much of the house as possible, some enclosed and some just covered.
Again, Nate, good video. Prayers for the family. Mostly like the house. Price is so-so. I wonder if you can have accordion doors put in between the living room and kitchen/dining room? That would be nice; you could close it off if you wanted to, or leave it open if you wanted to! That would solve any problems with wide open floorplans too, even if they aren't a deal breaker. Later, Nate. God bless y'all.
Great looking home Nate perfect for a family and or visits. I prefer 3/2 because if you look at most of your 4/2 the spare bedrooms are small. Great price point I enjoy your videos great job nate
I love this one just perfect not to big not too small enough place for everything.
This is a nice home
Master shower needs a bench and some type of entryway.
Home your family is ok..
In addition, I want french doors leads to an outside deck. Let's add a tub in the master suite. Build a foyer to the main bedroom, breeze way yeah...

Nice home!
Love the layout.
If we could get that in Montana at that price, I'd take it
Thanks for sharing this beautiful home Nate!
My pleasure!
Not a fan of the two doors flanking the center wall for the TV in the living room, home has some good points and some that need changing to increase the usability of this home.
Nice
While single wides have their place, smaller double wides are so much better with spaces and this price is good, though it’s missing a pantry.
I like this home Nate. However,I would have to change the color of the cabinets and trim.❤👍🏾
It's nice, but the placement of the closet in the living room is a little awkward. Swing out doors are creepy- needs to have a real door in the utility room.⚘️
Vents on floor in way of furniture & movements
I really like this one! Thanks!
You're welcome!
Cute!
Beautiful, but I would need a tub in the master bedroom.
Needs Drawers over doors style cabinets
I like it. I just need space for stand u freezer in laundry room. NOT A BAD PRICE 140K
Needs a foyer!

Good video. Would like the bedrooms to be a little bigger but it is only 52 ft.
I don't like the office, too small. Make it the entry closet and mke the closest apart of the entertainment center. Add a door for second bedroom into the bath.
The TV space NEEDS to ne ALOT BIGGER❗I LIKE 80 "TV
As long as you have the room for it. In my place 65 is almost to big. Where my couch is at I almost have to look back and forth to take in the whole scene.
Shower is nice but.... Where do you put your shampoo and soap? I don't like that you have to get in to turn on the water and if it's cold YIKES!
Mine doesn't have any shelves either, so I have the rack that hangs from the shower head.
That's an odd place for a coat closet.
$140k is a decent price. I couldn't tell if it was drywall though. Is it?
Tape and texture except for closets.
@@NatesHomeTours Not a bad price then.
Don't. Like it
Vents is the floor! - that’s a big no! And the placement of the vents is really poor planning and placement. There are some changes I would personally change for me that would improve the overall quality of the house.
