I've never learned to play., but my spouse trained me to hear out-of tune strings on some instruments. Is the piano in the song deliberately out-of-tune or tuned? It sounds sadly discordant.
It feels so terrifying and relaxing somehow.... Like long cold death's hands are reaching out to me and inviting me into an endless timeless darkness without feelings and sensations. And i don't mind anymore
