Next year after the pandemic I'm gonna take mom from Brazil to Bonn to visit the Beethoven's house. She is a 80 yo pianist and Beethoven is her piano beloved hero. I'm sure it will be the most precious moment of her life.

It does. It was partially restored in the early 1990s I believe. There is a video on RUclips of a pianist playing part of a Beethoven sonata on it.
