When I had gold medals I just reworded it by saying I have more dmg and elims than the rest of you guys and nobody ever said that stupid line, “medals don’t matter in a team-based game”
That just means that they will inform you for the 45 kill difference between you and everyone else and how having 1000 healing less isn't as bad

Still an irrelevant ass number. Running in and staggering off cool down will give you easy damage numbers while actively throwing

I had a genji go 0-11 with 900 dmg for our whole defense of dorado , as soon as the enemy zen pointed it out he just left and we went from getting full held on first point to almost capping third in a 4v5 lmao
i got a tracer (also on dorado) who was 3-11 and rage quit a minute before the game ended

As a member of SpaceRanger’s team…I knew something was fishy
Yesterday a Moira had more damage than me as a dps but she wasn’t healing at all and our other healer was a zen. She said me and the other dps were trash and brought up that she had a couple hundred more damage than me and the entire other team came to our defense and was like well maybe if you healed them they’d have more dmg. Made me so happy :)

I had a Moira match 9k dmg, 10k healing. Out damaged tank and both dps combined. Matchmaking is broken. Either that or new players aren't being sandboxed like they said they would be

yea i had the same thing 15k damage and 17k healing in a silver game and got shit talked
Had a dumbass on my team say, "guys, look at our healing. You're all taking too much damage." They had 11 and 12k heals. The match had been going on for 12 minutes.

I had a dps do 4.7k damage over a 23 minute game on Junkertown when I was on tank. Had to bust out the hog and HARD carry him with the other dps. That guy did not deserve that win at all and I hope the ranked system recognizes that

For reference, I’m level 200ish and have 4 gold guns as a plat everything except gold dps. When OW2 came out everyone I know randomly got a TON of gold gun points.
@@Bowmen-xc8nb yeah but if you are plat you are better than he was during the replay, unless this person grinding the fuck out of the game at first and hasn't played in years or is using a controller
@@turtlecat465 Controller user here, the settings make your turns much much quicker, to the point we get some people accuse us of using a mouse. Also, Space made a comment saying he was drunk, unfortunately barely anyone is noticing that.

Yesterday had a battlemercy, 4K damage and about 500 healing at best, i wanted to do zen but felt forced to do moria to keep everyone alive, the BM didn't even get many kills and used her ult to shoot the team, some asked her for rez/heals to take some pressure from me but they just said no.
Then next game had a widow, that did around 700 damage...in total. Also does anyone know what MIT is for on the scoreboard?
