I have the Microtubes X Ultra and it pretty much can make up my entire pedal board for certain types of music. The onboard compressor is amazingly versatile, especially with the full range compression turned on I struggle to find usage for an extra compressor pedal. Compressor, preamp, equalizer, distortion, cabsim and DI. All in one pedal. Plus additional headphone and aux in for practice. Love that thing!
Hi there Thank you for showing me that you don, t have to have 20 different pedals!!! I quite like the idea of keeping it compact. I would actually swap the X for the DG microtubes B7 ultra and add a filter to the board. What do you think about this??? Rjazz
Love the Pedalboard, nice detail using the elements as cab-sim / DI Just to remind you, I suggested an EDM pedalboard with synth tones and filters for the "wubwubs"
diluteduk Yes and No, as that would mean that the compression would turn off with the distortion :) The X Ultra would be more suitable, IMHO - but that pedal also does pretty much everything that this board does (except for the tuner 😂)

Well, if you have distortion pedals without a blend control, it is a great idea! But for DG-pedals, I really don’t see the need :)

For quick-and-easy setups: Element. For more nerdy and time consuming setups: Cab M :)
