Springsteen is legit nice. I frequently see him in NJ and he couldn’t be any kinder ☝️
Adam Sandler's SNL characters and movies rarely appealed to my sense of humor, but I adore him as a person. He comes across as so kind, genuine, and humble. And his stories on talk shows always makes me laugh.
Also, I was blown away by his performance in Uncut Gems and will definitely go see this new movie!

Adam Sandler was amazing in Uncut Gems. As someone who lives and works in the casino corridor, I can tell you that the desperate gambler scenario is all too realistic. Looking forward to this movie!

I LOVE ADAM SANDLER.
He is so good at storytelling. I especially love it when he does his little mumble under his breath to kind of make sense of where he’s going with a story.
My favorite thing about him is that all through his career he never left a buddy behind. Keeping the same friends on the roster through all his fun movies. That shows movie making was more than money or fame for him. Happy Gilmore is still hands down a classic to me.
Sure felt weird to hear him say he "wasn't as funny" as the other guys on SNL at the time! My roommates and I watched SNL back in those days and it was all about Adam Sandler for us! He and Chris Farley could do anything together and make us laugh and laugh. 🥲
Adam's imitation of Bruce in that Courtney Cox SNL monologue was the best. Movie looks interesting.
Springsteen almost looks like an older parody of Adam Sandler.
Also imitated him on weekend update for Thanksgiving.
Going to watch hustle today. Love Adam as an actor and a human being he comes across as so down to earth one of those that hasn't let the money change the core of who he is. He was brilliant in uncut gems and his comedy roles are always fantastic.
I love Bruce Springsteen ever since I heard the song "I'm on fire" and I like Adam sandler too so this is fun!

Who’s the actress?
When anyone says "it good" that immediately reduces 10/10 to 4/10.
If a biopic was ever done on Bruce Springsteen in the future, Adam Sandler would surely have to play the lead role.
Adam Sandler is a rare breed of superstar, pretty much candle free, known to be a down to earth, very chill and hilarious dude. An all around good human with that special talent that can make us all feel all the feels!
I think Adam was in front of me at the gas station buying natty light with nickles.
*Hustle* was truly excellent!! I am not a basketball fan and I only knew 2 of the players (Doc Rivers and Dr. J!) but I loved every moment. Adam and Queen Latifah make a fabulous movie couple. They were believable and the girl that played their daughter Actually Looked Like She Could Be Their Daughter! I was really impressed by this movie. And I cannot stress enough how much I dislike basketball. That tells you how magnetic and powerful this film was.
50 first dates was a comfort movie for me growing up and still makes me cry. I just love Alan Stanley

So far that podcast fly on the wall with spade and carvey is one of the better sources of good snl stories with pretty great guests

Kevin Garnett was ridiculously good. And this reminded me of how great LeBron James was in Judd Apatow's "Trainwreck" also (as LeBron James, Bill Hader's character's cheapskate BFF)

I love Adam Sandler's movies in which he's not trying to be the funny guy. I haven't watched Uncut Gems or anything after that but from all the movies of his I I've watched before, my only favorite and still one that I watch is The Longest Yard. Love that movie!
For me Uncut Gems was his best work. I might really like this new one of his as well. I'll definitely give it a shot.
Reign Over Me is when I discovered a whole new side to Adam Sandler. One of the most affecting movies I’ve ever seen. He was brilliant!

I developed a crush on him when he was on Saturday night live. I always kinda forget that he's actually good looking, lol.
The only time Bruce was a musical guest on SNL while Farley was alive was in '92, so two years before that was 1990, at which point Adam Sandler was basically unknown, not yet on SNL and only in a few bit parts here and there. Kudos to Bruce for actually recognizing Adam (even if he DID screw up his name).

I wasn't ever a big fan of his comedy back In the 00s, but I loved him. He's always seemed so down to earth and real. I'm sure he's got demons but he's very inspiring tbh

Ha! I met Springsteen in the early 1970's just after this first album was gaining popularity. It was at a house party in Arden, Delaware. He was just a "guy" back then. I was never a fan, being that i was into progressive rock then, but my buddy loved him.

I had a very vivid, memorable dream one time about Bruce Springsteen. I was at a bank transacting some business when I noticed this guy singing his heart out in the bank lobby. Nobody knew who he was or what he was doing there. I walked up to him, and sure enough it was Bruce Springsteen. Apparently it was a paid promotional event, so he showed up and did his thing, but the people in charge neglected to tell anyone what was happening. So...we just sat around and chatted about music for a couple of hours and then he left. It was great for ME, but probably boring for HIM. Oh well...

Saw Adam Sandler in Las Vegas as a bucket list goal, was worst show ever. His comedy was mediocre, delivered jokes in a whisper 🤫 making bad jokes about how hard his wife wipes after the bathroom 🥱🥱then his stupid songs were so loud 📢 I had to walk out! Huge disappointment. Thank God it was free tickets otherwise I would have left sooner and ask for my money back!!!

When are we going to call out Adam Sandler for being garbage? It’s 2022 and he’s still a huge fan of those 90s gags of dehumanizing transgender people, trying to define what’s “manly” or how males should act… Did people really think the cheerleaders or the “who we gonna kiss” line in The Longest Yard was funny? Those jokes are based on reich-wing ideology of putting women in a lower social roll than men, and then degrading males who don’t feel like sandler’s definition of a man. Can we please start calling him trash instead of saying that he’s great?
Adam Sandler is a very good-dramatic actor. He's terrible in comedies. His comedies are childish and insulting-to audiences.
After this I definitely want to see Adam and Seth go day drinking.
